Super location and well priced- great for stopping over. Staff friendly and 24 hour desk. No frills entrance but room compact and sparkling clean.

Can’t believe how good this place was One star but everything worked, shower perfect, TV had channels in English and Spanish, bedroom correct temperature, Receptionist excellent and friendly. Located opposite train station with a big sign so no need for google maps etc. Modern USB ports in combined wall sockets. Oh and free bottled water given to me at reception on arrival

Review is clouded by the attitude of the hotel regarding a mistake made while booking: where one night was intended/needed, I booked 2 nights in error. Since it was nonrefundable I was out of luck. A notification right after, was referred to Booking.vom for mediation but had no result. For Las Americas the customer did not count. They kept the money; we only stayed one of the nights.

The hotel is very close to the railway station. It is very covenient for commuting. It is very clean, with a modern and cosy design. The staff is helpful and courteous. The reception is open 24 h. It is a good choice in that area.

The entrance is a little bit odd, being practically in a lift from a gangway. However, it was OK. I didn't see anything dangerous. The windows from our room were facing an interior terrace. During our stay in the room, we didn't here anything from the terrace. After 9 p.m. o'clock, the terrace was closed.

Check in was with a man who was not friendly or pleasant. Room ridiculously small. No room for our suitcases. No drinking water. I have stayed here before but the price has doubled in the past year. Not worth it now. Bed too firm.

Very convenient for the Rail Station. Lots of local restaurants. Clean and convenient.

Exactly as seen on booking.com, very clean, great location so close to the train station, lovely sitting area and patio overlooking the street, staff were so helpful and friendly, felt safe

Nice compact rooms, really tastefully furnished. Very fine terrace for outdoor dining and very friendly and professional staff.

Dining facilities limited but there are plenty in the area, and being able to bring food in to eat on the terrace is a real bonus.

The room was a bit small

We had one of the best rooms, good space, modern shower, very clean. For a busy location it was quiet, but I can tell that sound would carry as other reviewers have found. Perhaps signs to remind people to come in quietly at night would help. Shared lounge, little kitchen and lovely terrace are a bonus.

All good. I can see that other rooms are smaller or might be noisier.

The walls were quite thin so you could hear anyone leaving or entering their room nearby. You could also hear the pipes through the walls quite a bit

Helpful staff. Lovely entrance and relaxed space. Perfectly smaller sized double room for our stay.

Excellent location for an overnight stop over. Easy to reach by taxi from airport (I arrived at 3am) and within sight of the train station for travelling on to my destination. Excellent value for the price and it was spotlessly clean, with a good shower and some complimentary toiletries. There is a lovely lounge to spend time in if you are waiting for a connection and an absolutely superb terrace.

I checked in at 3am, after a flight delay and there was nowhere to get food, which obviously I didn't expect in the hotel, but a cup of tea would have been great or even some cold water. In the morning I discovered that there is actually an area off the lounge with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and some crockery and glasses. This is excellent BUT I wish the night porter had shown me this on my arrival. Also, my bedroom had a window that looked, through bars, into the lounge which was a little disturbing when I awoke to people talking just outside my window. I'm very glad I pulled up the shutter the night before to see what my view was, at least I knew what was on the other side.

The room is very well decorated. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and modern. The shower was good. The reception staff were helpful. The hotel is in a very good location- close to the train station, shopping centre and cafes. Only 20 min walk into the old town. Didn't feel like a sketchy area at all.

The water from the shower easily leaked out of the cubicle and onto the bathroom and bedroom floor. We had to put towels down. The walls in this hotel are very thin so you can hear people talking outside the bedroom and hear showers from adjacent rooms. Would be nice to have a big mirror in the bedroom.
