The property is nestled in a lush green area of the island, and feels very private; like a secluded paradise! It not only has a pool, but a hot tub, small gym, vending machines, billiards, a foosball table, and a small play area for young children. Our room (triple) was very spacious and comfortable, equipped with a stove, private balcony, and sky-lit bathroom. The third bed is located right behind the front door and in the same room as the kitchen, but was no issue since the space could be separated from the main bedroom. What really shone at this property was the commitment to customer experience. Rosario and the rest of the staff went ABOVE and BETOND to make our stay comfortable and stress-free, helping to organize transportation and dining experiences throughout our stay. We cannot thank them enough for facilitating a beautiful experience!!

The property is spectacular, though might prove an issue for those trying to access it without a taxi- it is quite far to walk or bus to! (I recommend using Ischia Casamiccola port if you’re arriving by ferry). We also had a minor plumbing issue throughout our stay, but it did not at all effect our enjoyment of the property.

The hotel is set in a beautiful peaceful area of Forio. The pool and hot tub areas were excellent there was no rush for sunbeds and the pool was always the perfect temperature. The hotel is run by fabulous Rosario and if you require anything he is always available. Rosario gave us a lift in his car maybe 6-7 times when we asked due to the immense heat, nothing was an issue for him. The hotel has a good breakfast, WIFI and AC, it is also very quiet and very very relaxing. In our party were 3 adults 2 teenagers and a 10 year old and they all loved it.

The location is excelent, you have a great view over the sea and the sunset. There are many amenities and the swimming pool was amazing (warm water and very clean). The host was exceptional, he offered to pick up us to and from the beach (giving the uphill distance). We also got discounts to some restaurants and a plus is the bus station that is in front of the location.

The pool was pretty warm so kids enjoyed it. The room was clean with average comfort. It was overnight stay for us so it was OK but I wouldn't stay here longer. There is a very nice restaurant nearby.

The breakfast was so-so. For some reason, we couldn't take food ourselves but the staff must give it to us.

It was a great room by the pool, which was warm and easy to use. The views from the room and the hotel generally were wonderful. Breakfast was nice. It was Avery relaxing place to stay.

There were only a couple of restaurants nearby. One of which focus on the meat. It was slightly too far from the town but you can arrange for the hotel car to provide a lift into town

The aparment was very nice, and Rosario is a really good host, very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The location is beautiful, but it is on a hill so better to get a taxi.

The jacuzzi and the sauna didn’t work, but everything else was perfect.
