It is a nice place to stay.

Good value for the money. Very good breakfast. Wifi.

Optional 7 Euro breakfast was exceptional. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet due to solid construction of the building.

Check-in hours were restrictive. Only German stations on TV, no CNN or BBC.

Stayed in the apartment for two nights. It's very spacious, well equipped and clean. Very conveniently located, just about 50m to the tram station to the city center. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Tram line goes just next to the building, so your sleep might be disturbed 1-2 times during the night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large and nice.

- I had a problem with the payment during the check-in and I paid with multiple cards. The lady in the reception (I believe she is the owner of the place) was extremely rude about this, i.e., making aggressive sounds and faces, while saying things in German (which I do not understand). - The location is a bit far from center.

The host was very kind. She asked upfront if we need anything to travel in the city and tried to help us. The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked my stay.

Room a bit small but worth penny No so much arround, need to walk about 10 mins to shop and restaurant Owner and Stuff barely speak English, but I think it is common in Genman
