Es un hotel impactante, para bien! perfecto para desconectar de la vida cotidiana. Un relax para toda la familia. Muy buena localizacion en Hintergleim, cerca de todo, pues Hintergleim no es muy grande. Las tres piscinas son una maravilla, siendo mi favorita la piscina Bio y sus vistas. La zona de Spa es enorme y reina la tranquilidad. Tiene infinitas saunas y amplias zonas de relax. Los masajes son muy recomendables tambien. Las habitaciones son muy grandes con camas muy comodas. El baño tambien amplio y comodo. Un habitacion para almacenar esquies o bicicletas segun entras, lo cual resulta muy comodo. El desayuno muy bueno y con horario amplio, cosa importante para un español. EL personal esta atento en todo momento. Vamos que son unas vacaciones TOP en las montañas, volvere todos los años!

El horario de servicio del restaurante: poco flexible. Un dia llegue 5 minutos tarde a la cena y nos quedamos sin cenar, cosa que con niños se covierte en un problema. Asi que me quede con las ganas de probar los platos exoticos que ofrecian que tenian una pinta estupenda.

Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut und es gab jeden Tag eine andere süsse Nachspeise.

Das vor dem Hotel, die Straßenbauarbeiten immer noch nicht fertig geworden sind, obwohl diese Baustelle mindestens 1 Jahr alt ist.

Das wirklich gute war die Lage. Direkt am Skilift. Schönes Design, aber das war’s leider auch schon. Und das gilt auch nur für die lobby (kerii). Zimmer waren eher lieblos eingerichtet.

1) Zimmer in der Alpenkarawanserei gebucht und dann kommentarlos in das neue Hotel (kerii) ausquartiert worden. Keinerlei Kommunikation oder sonstiges. 2) Service ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Checkin über ein Terminal, keine Rezeption für fragen, nur ein Whatsappchat. Beim Frühstück gibt es zwar personal, dieses spricht aber weder deutsch noch englisch, der Manager musste permanent übersetzen. Im Wellnessbereich findet man niemanden, die Aufgüsse darf man selbst durchführen. Wenn die Handtücher aus sind, sind sie eben aus, keiner füllt auf. Einen Checkout gibt es nicht, man wirft einfach die Karten in einen Karton. Über den kompletten Aufenthalt hat man keine Ansprechperson, niemand erkundigt sich, ob alles ok ist.

I liked the personnel and the services. The spa zone is incredibly well organised and very comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was less pretty unstable and the speed is not great.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to the gondola, many great hiking opportunities. The outdoor, indoor pool and the wellness area is cool. I expecially liked the extended opening hour (until 22:00). The breakfast is outstanding. They offered handmade soap each day. Check-in is super easy, joker card already filled out by the time we arrived.

The furniture in the room is very basic and showing sign of usage already. Same is true for everything, the carpets on the floor, the doors, etc. A complete refurbishment would be nice because it would be an outstanding hotel otherwise. With these old fashioned and used furnitures, the rooms have a youth hostel feeling.
