Le personnel était au petit soin et la propreté de l’établissement

J’avais réservé Sur les éléments booking qui annonce que l’établissement faisait restaurant et le boss a décidé de ne pas faire restaurant en basse saison donc nous avons fait 3 km pour manger une pizza sans qu’on nous propose rien !!!

Great location for exploring Cortina and for hiking into the Dolomites. Good breakfast and plenty of parking for our car. We had a balcony with Mountain View that we didn’t expect.

A bit far from city center if you have to walk in the cold. Parking is limited.

The breakfast was a bit poor and the room appliances were a bit old, although fully functional

The view from the room is spectacular. The staff at the reception, the manager and the people from the restaurant are very friendly and are pleased to help you. The selection of food for breakfast is wide and it is served in a cozy restaurant.

- The acoustic of the room isn't great so you can hear all noise outside. - Small shower - Cold breakfast (sausages and scrumble eggs) - Lady opened our door while we were inside. If she knocked wasn't loud enough because we didn't hear anything. - Paid for parking but arrived one day after an afternoon out and there was nowhere to park - Was informed on check-in breakfast was 7:30am - 9:30am but it was actually until 10am so we could have had more time if we knew the right time

This hotel truly exceeded my group's expectations! Alice at the front desk was phenomenal and truly made our stay. She was so knowledgable about the surrounding area an different hikes and lakes in the area. She was very personable and took the time to get to know us and give us fantastic recommendations. The scenery outside of this hotel is breathtaking and stunning. We could not get enough of the views. The balcony views from the room were great and there seemed to be great views on all sides on the hotel. It was a charming, older hotel but it was very updated and din't show the age at all. Room was very spacious as was bathroom! Rates were very affordable and in my opinion a really good deal!

The staff in the breakfast room could have been a little friendlier and it also would be really nice to be able to eat breakfast outside on the terrace outside of the dining room. The scenery around the hotel is so gorgeous it would have been nice to enjoy it during breakfast!
