Camere molto belle, pulite e spaziose. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro e parcheggio privato sotto la struttura (a pagamento).

Personale non troppo gentile.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, haben sogar sofort für uns ein Zimmer umgebucht, weil sie gesehen haben, dass meine Mutter nicht mehr gut zu Fuß ist, damit sie fast keine Treppen mehr zu laufen hatte. Das Zimmer war groß und die Aussicht war einfach traumhaft mit Sicht zur Burg. Und das Frühstück war hervorragend und sehr viel Auswahl. Das Team war sehr zuvorkommend und am Abreisetag bekamen wir sogar noch Wasser mit auf den Heimweg. Also wir können das Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Wir sagen nochmal danke an das ganze Team

Es gibt gar nichts zu beanstanden

Breakfast was very varied. Nothing was missing. Staff was very helpful. Room in the back was very quiete.

Only complaint was lumpy pillow.

Good dinner and service in the restaurant. Good breakfast. Good Parking. ( not included in the price )

Attention, the hotel is 4* but has no air conditioning or fan. If you get a room under the roof in the hot summer, you are in for a hot night !! If it's because of the ecology or because it's in the Alps, I don't understand. Just Austria. It was an unpleasant surprise. Otherwise an old city hotel with history, but otherwise nothing. Well we lasted one night and escaped to Italy where the service and facilities are more adapted to the times and geared to the guests. No reason to return next time.

Newly renovated, stylish design, clean, good breakfast, great central location, friendly staff.

Room was extremely hot (stayed mid July); no AC available. In any rooms (called the staff to ask). Small one person bed feeling claustrophobic. I selected this hotel as I needed a good nights sleep before a long drive back to Denmark. I skipped some locations along the way where I could have stayed at half the price. My motivation was to spend extra for better comfort because of the trip. I should probably have taken the cheaper hotels.

Check-in process is a little slow

Breakfast was quite ok , except a large group were also there and finding a table was difficult some mornings. Staff were doing thier best under pressure of numbers

It was very hot and had to open the window to get some heat out of the room, however, that meant losing privacy from hotel rooms across the road. Not ideal
