Dès l'entrée, j'ai aimé la décoration raffinée et soignée. Très jolie !!! Accueil très agréable. Personnel attentif aux besoins des clients et de bons conseils. Chambre douillette, confortable. Salle d'eau très propre avec petit panier d'échantillons de soins, appréciable. Le +, une belle terrasse végétalisée, avec vue. Enfin, un pt'it déjeuner où rien ne manquait, approvisionné avec soin par le personnel. Buffet salé ou sucré, tout était délicieux. Merci à tout le personnel pour sa discrétion et son professionnalisme. Une adresse à conserver avec soin.!!

No vam esmorzar ni dinar. L'únic que vam fer és demanar alguna cosa per berenar. Vam demanar fuet amb pa , i ens van portar un fuet sencer(6 €). Jo pensava que estaria talladet amb pa amb tomàquet (hahaha), però ens va sorprendre veure un fuet sencer. Bé, dos perquè el van demanar els dos meus fills. I si ho haguéssim sabut, amb un fuet passaven. Hem trobat un hotel molt mono, molt ben arreglat i net i malgrat no estigui a primera línia de mar, baixes el carrer i ja estàs al centre del poble. L'avantatge és que al estar una mica més amunt té vistes (des de la piscina, i de la muntanya, no del mar)

No hi ha res que no m'hagi agradat així en general. No puc opinar del menjar perquè no vam fer servit el menjador El hammam (de fet és com una sauna) una mica petit, però ja m'havien avisat. Potser podria dir que el jacuzzi que està a dalt de tot, al costat de la piscina, tenia l'aigua una mica bruta.

The heated pool and hot tub were clean and ideally located to provide an excellent view of the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of foods. The staff were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have extended it, if a room had been available!

Great location, close walk from the train station, as well as the downtown area and beaches. We loved the breakfast option. The hot tub was great, with a good view. The pool said it was heated, but it was pretty chilly for our crew. We didn't end up spending much time in the pool, but did enjoy the hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Jaccuzi and pool could have been warmer. Would have liked English breakfast as alternative to traditional continental. Good scrambled eggs tho!

Tout était impeccable ! Un accueil très chaleureux, toujours à l'écoute et nos demandes ont eu automatiquement une réponse satisfaisantes. La piscine est magnifique ainsi que ses abords, on domine tout l'arrière pays. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et une multitude de produits, on ne sait quoi choisir ! Bref 100% de satisfaction.

A gem of a hotel in wonderful Collioure. Warm and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, spacious terrace and a lovely swimming pool with great views. We only originally booked for one night but immediately extended it by a day on arrival. Would definitely one back again.

Lovely room clean and comfortable and fantastic bathroom.

No lift but we knew this before we arrived. We just had lots of luggage as on a road trip. Would be nice if there was a member of staff employed to help with luggage. Personally I would be prepared to pay extra for this service.

Perfect location only 5 mins walk into town and 10 minutes home due to the hill. The hotel was perfect for us. Lovely breakfast, wonderful staff. The rooms were on the small side but we will certainly be back.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. All spoke English - very fortune as our French language skills were sadly lacking. Charlotte was especially helpful in enabling us to do a local wine tour. We felt valued guests and extended our stay to 2 nights. The pool area and breakfast was great too. No hesitation in recommending.

We prefer a toilet in the bathroom not separate from it. Didn’t use the small patio area off room.

Booking was easy, great communication with hotel re:booking, directions to get to hotel & general information. Liked the pre-registration so that arrival was seamless. Staff was very helpful & friendly.

Heated pool and hot tub on terrace with amazing mountain view. Quite close to the rail station. Friendly staff member. Cheap, very simple but nice meals if you don't want to walk into town (e.g. it was raining the first night I was there)
