Breakfast was excellent, Gary and Christine excellent in all areas.

It was very warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for Christine and her son Gary. The beds were lovely and comfy. Loved the shower and lovely location. We will definitely be going back. Nice breakfast to set you up for the day.

There is not one thing I'd changed. Balcony was fabulous , food 1st class. It had that lovely homely feeling And the owners went out of their way to help us. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was lovely full English which was very nicely cooked toast and cereal also available, this is a family run hotel and Chris and her family were very welcoming and could not do enough for my wife and I, we had a very comfortable 4 night stay

the owners was very good ,hotel was very clean for a old building .room was ok abit small bed comfy pillows abit hard ,intime just needs a bit of painting update ,outside would benifit for a sighn that lights up .we will be going again thanks wayne n joanne.

i would of liked the bar to have been available but infernas they did tell us why it was not .room was still cold even with radiator on maybe update rads at a later date.

The people who looked after us were fabulous. The place was spotless and the breakfast, hot, fresh and yummy. Thank you Blackpool for the weather, entertainment and fab food.

We just wanted somewhere simple and quiet to stay and thats what we got. The lady who runs it is absolutely lovely, so kind and always made conversation with us. We didnt have the breakfast because we like our lie ins, not once were we disturbed. Shower is small but does what it needs to. Bed was comfortable. We had a sea view room which was lovely. Tram stop almost directly outside so travel is easy! Will happily be back here next year!

Friendly family run hotel staff were so nice n pleasant. Hotel was clean breakfast was great very fast bringing your breakfast . Sea view was amazing to look out at hotel wasn't that far away from facilities nice walk to them. Great stay we defo be back.
