Super friendly staff, great pool and convenient with parking and a supermarket nearby!

This is the fourth time I have stayed at Isabella Country House. It's just fabulous. The manager, the cleaners, the maintenance staff are so friendly and efficient. The gardens and pool are such a joy to be in.

Wifi was very patchy

Garden and pool were outstanding and a lovely apartment.

Have been use to these days to having the basics available in self catering apartment i.e coffee / tea / oil/ salt & pepper etc. There was tea/coffee when we arrived but not replenished.

Amazing country house, well looked-after, cozy and calm environment. Clean rooms, very nice pool and garden, lovely porch outside our room. Near one of the main streets with access to beaches nearby. Konstantinos the receptionist was helpful and polite, sorted everything out and was discreetly looking after us during our stay.

The Wi-Fi/broadband could have been better. No TV reception unfortunately.

Beautiful villa with independent appartments in Gouvia (10 min ride to Corfu town, there are also public buses). Rooms were clean, comfortable beds. Room service cleaned the room every day. The villa has a lovely garden with a nice swimming pool. There is free parking inside the villa. You can have a very complete breakfast (coffee, cereals, fruit, bread, butter, marmelade, eggs) for 12€. The manager Kostas was super friendly and helped us with any problem we had. He even got us a rental car for a good price. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning to move around the island with motorbike or car.

The staff was super friendly and the garden and the pool were amazing!! Kosta the hotel manager was especially helpful! I totally recommend to stay at Isabella country house, we loved it and definitely would stay here again!

The grounds are lovely, well kept and in spring, there are lots of flowers and birds. The pool is about 10m long, but quite deep. In mid June it is a comfortable place to swim on a warm day. Good quality sun loungers and parasols are available for use, as are 2 tables and chairs under shade awnings. Each room/studio appears to be unique, some having a lounge area, others a balcony and some a patio or terrace. Ours was perfect for a couple without children, as it had a large bed, which was very comfortable, a dressing table/desk and an armchair. The balcony had a solid table, 2 chairs and a bed settee. We requested a sunbed and this was supplied immediately. There is also a clothes airer. Our studio had a nice little kitchenette with a halogen 2 plate hot plate and a microwave. There was also an under the counter fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Plates, cutlery and pans were all supplied. The bathroom was fine and the shower was very powerful if switched on full. The bathroom could have done with a shelf or cabinet for guests like ourselves, who stay a bit longer. We solved this by using one of the small pine tables from the bedroom to put our stuff that we used daily on. The view from the balcony was of the grounds and hills and mountains in the distance. It is very peaceful and we slept most nights with the balcony doors (and shutters) open, which was lovely. The property is reached from a small country road but has a large electric security gate and CCTV and we saw/heard no evidence of any issues of the sort you might get if the property were in the centre of a resort town. This is one of the reasons we selected Isabella Country house. The manager was most helpful in providing information after we booked but before we arrived. He continued to be helpful right up to our departure when he printed our passenger locator forms required for flying during Covid. The property owner was friendly and helpful, making this one of our best holidays, ever.

Although the rooms are non-smoking one other set of guests smoked on their balcony, and we got the "benefit" of their smoke. Unfortunately the culture of smoking is still well embedded in Corfu, generally.

Excelent appartments, the lady who runs the property was extremely helpful and friendly, she even gave us her private mobile number if we encountered any problems on our trip to corfu town, We had the pool to ourselves most of the time and there are enough sunbeds for all the guests in the appartments,
