The staff of the spa and restaurant and the cleaness . Also Nice breakfast.

Too close to the road, also the spa should get a renovation. My room was noisy although I have asked to upgrade it there was no possibility although the hotel was half empty. Reception staff not very helpful. The distinction between normal and prestige room is not clear when you book.

Very comfortable and nothing too much trouble for staff. We loved the pool facilities. All nicely decorated in room and public areas. Would definitely recommend.

Restaurant was only open on one evening when we visited but there was a very good bar food selection. A sink in the toilet would be more hygienic as this is separate from the bathroom.

Nice, big, comfortable room with a cool double shower. Thought it was a mirror at first! Restaurant had a nice buzz about it, both at dinner and breakfast.

Pools could be a little bit warmer - both inside and outside. A few more waiting staff at dinner would have sped things up, but nothing major.

I had to cancell my stay after arrival due to the fact that children below 16 y are forbidden from th swimming pool, which was not mentioned at reservation. I had to look for alternative in semi urgency. Very deceiving

nice swimming pool and spa. good food into restaurant.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool is restricted for 16 and below. All babies and youngsters are advised to go to Ibis next door instead to swim. Lots of inconvenience caused. There were loads of waiting time since we step in. We waited 45minutes to have a room done up. staff is not helpful into arranging an extra bed which I have requested before arrival. The swimming pool, spa, the small gym, massage space are all into the same entrance. I cannot see where the 4-star standard is. Indoor pool seems too over crowded most of the time. Exterior pool is miniature when there are groups of folks lodging in. Shower area has big leakage when two shower heads are on at the same time. Rod is installed but no shower curtain. Little hanger hooks are stick to the glass panel in the shower for heavy towels. Might lead to potential danger. Big design flaws noted.

The room.

- Hotel very noisy. The high noise of the close very passing road (even though the road is around 500 meters from the rooms) is very disturbing. Consequently the balcony is useless because too noisy. Fortunately the room by itself is very soundproof when the windows are closed. - Bad service Not enough staff. Difficult to get à drink from the bar Howevrr réception staff is ok.

Immaculate, spacious and lovely decorated room. Wonderful stuff, especially Vincent, who was very welcoming and helpful.

Lacking towel hangers in the bathroom, and a trash can.

Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Most of the rooms have balconies. Hotel set in a lovely park. Easy free parking right at the entrance of the hotel. The Nuxe spa is attached to the hotel, which means you do have to walk across the lobby to access it but you don't have to go outside. They have spa robes. There is a small outdoor pool that is heated. Inside, there is an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, and a steam room. Pools, steam room, & jacuzzi open until 10pm every night. When the Nuxe spa is closed on Mondays, the pools and jacuzzi and steam room are still open. The rooms have small minibar fridges, but there is room for your own water bottle too. Hair dryer in the room. Full length mirror in the room. Separate bathroom and toilet in the room. Good sized room if you have to work.

The internet stopped working 15 minutes before we had an important online work meeting with over 30 people. It was stressful! The air conditioning in the room did not work - and it seems it was a decision of the hotel that it didn't work at all - though because of work obligations and internet problems we did not have the time to get clarification on that. The stay was in March and AC would have only been needed for an hour or so surrounding an online meeting as it was in the afternoon and we needed to close the window to have good audio conditions for the meeting. I would stay here again, but I would check with the hotel about internet & A/C if I had any work meetings scheduled. One staff member loaned his mobile phone to my colleague so she could have an internet hotspot for over an hour.

Nice hotel with comfortable room and helpful staff, located near Marlioz thermal are. Breakfast was great, wifi was good. And nice thing that you have free parking

VERY friendly personnel - always clear & helpful. Reception and bar/restaurant staff especially. Lovely terrace setting for drinks & meal. Food service was quick and the quality excellent.

The room had a good size, considering we didn't stay in much. The external pool was ok, water had a good temperature, however there was a bit of a walk to get to it as it is located at the neighbour hotel (Ibis). The breakfast was nice with a lot of options. We ate at the food truck and the restaurant and they were both really good (a bit pricy though). We didn't have the time/chance to try the spa (no kids allowed in), maybe next time. The park outside the hotel is really nice for a walk.

- Having to walk to the other hotel to use the swimming pool with my kid was not very nice. - For some unknown reason our room had a lot of flies!!! We could not find the source of it (we were in the first floor facing the park). This was extremely unpleasant. - I understand some of the spa services are not kid appropriate, but it would have been nice to be able to use the indoors pool with our little one.

The hotel is set in a park, with easy access from the motorway exit. The spa facilities were welcome after a long drive, and the restaurant was excellent.

An overloud sound system in the bar area (part of a “special group evening”) spoiled the relaxed atmosphere for me.
