Nice with the two chargers for EV's just at the parking lot. Quiet area near Stadtpark and the Zoo. Easy to use metro system to the city centre, just take train route 11, just two minutes from the hotel lobby. 10 minutes and you are at the heart of Hannover.

I liked the fact that I could check-in after 12am. It was very helpful, as for someone who was there because of a business trip. The location was sadly quite off, but that was my own mistake. The room was very nice though.

I got disappointed by the cost of breakfast for one person. Over 20€ a Person is just something I could not afford. Could have paid 10€ more and have a suite...

The breakfast was very good. And the person at the desk was nice about reimbursing me for the 21 Euro cost of the second day's breakfast, which I decided I should get at the Hauptbahnhof.

Cold air came pouring out of the air conditioner, making the room very cold. Eventually I told them this, and was brought two portable heaters to use. That was very nice, but it would have been better not to have been cold at first.

The position was very convenient, with free parking area and quite neighborhood. The room was very big and comfortable but it was almost impossible to block completely the sunshine. Clean room and full of amenities.

The personnel in the reception was very rude and nit helpful. The prices were extraordinary during the Ligna fair. The room's toilet was very uncomfortable as a designer failure

I had to ask for kettle in the room. There's also no coffee nor tea in the room. Very limited vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast.

The room was very clean. The personal in the restaurant and on the desk were excellent. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Parking was available at the hotel and nearby.

The TV did not work, the shower was too hot and could not be turned down to a comfortable temperature. The bed was like rock. Very uncomfortable. On the morning of my departure well before check out time a cleaner simply walked into my room after knocking once and not waiting long enough for an answer. This is not acceptable!!!!!

Carpet was dirty, stains on the walls, the facilities weren't open, swimming, sauna etc.. but still paid 135euros for 1 night

Everything was great, especially the kind and helpful staff members. the facility is modern, clean , quite and the AC was very great advantage in the summer. The view was very comforting. recommended for all short -stays
