für große und etwas "stabile" Personen war das Doppelbett zu schmal Parkplatzsituation - nur 7 Stellplätze auf dem Hotelgelände, ansonsten muss man im öffentlichen Raum gebührenpflichtig parken

Man kann nichts, aber auch nichts beanstanden.

Wir hatten das Gefühl in einem kleinen Schloss zu übernachten. Das Stadtzentrum und das Potsdamer Schloss sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Frühstück in schönem Ambiente und sehr viel Auswahl

Good location, interesting architecture and property grounds. Observatory was very cool. Electric charger was also helpful. Good breakfast.

Staff weren’t particularly helpful, no elevator.

The breakfast was excellent and extensive. The location is great. Very quiet but close to the city centre. I wish we had read about the hotel beforehand and realised they had a sauna. We would have come prepared.

no facilities whatsoever for disabled travelers all rooms up steep stairs with handrail only on one side .Staff unhelpful. No one could speak English

Breakfast was tasty and I was happy it was included in our stay. The lavender sachet on the pillows was a really nice touch. I loved the adjoining rooms as we were traveling with children. The staff were so friendly and accommodating as well.

The location is a bit out of the way for folks traveling by train. We walked a long way with our luggage and the bus was not reliable. We ended up paying for a taxi to get to Berlin airport to head home, which cost a small fortune.

The breakfast had variety of dishes, always fresh and tasty . The room has very impressive and classic design. We had a plenty of electric sockets, sometimes you really need them.... The service was on good level.

The service staff is very very friendly and helpful. I book the room for my parents, who cannot speak German or Engish. He was very attentive to my parents' needs and made their stay process very smooth. Besides, the room is bright and clean. Breakfast is good. and the location is perfect.

Breakfast had a great selection of foods. Checking in and out was simple. Hiring bikes went really smooth at the hotel. Staff were always friendly and willing to help.
