Nice place friendly staff, good breakfast!

Restaurant was not open and spa os not included in the price.

Great location and very nice people. Cute town with nice small restaurants close by.

breakfast and some facilities of the spa should be included in the price of the stay. We have to pay additionally for everything.

We filled out postcards upon arrival ..checked to for breakfast items we would like. Very efficient. Espec for covid days! Very yummy food. Fresh. Kind service. Also encouraged to book our 4 hour spa time slots to coordinate covid guidelines. The spa was wonderful. We did not get a massage, but the facilities were very nice. The spa pool was indoor, in floor (-1) . No natural light ,no view. But the pool was equipped with several relaxation,massaging water ' stations' . Nice!!! Outdoor was also a hot tub, but it was a blazing hot afternoon ,so we opted out. Rooms were very nice "westernized' feel. Duvets on beds and nice pillows. Very comfy. Bathroom perfect. I actually felt they provided too many towels ! And of good quality!

Maybe some guidance or into to their spa area.,brief 'how to' and 'what for'... The ice station....new to us. Beds. We could have slept a tiny bit better with a cooler temp room. And a lighter weight duvet. And the option of smaller or more squishable pillows. Perhaps info for their wine room too.

Lovely hotel in a cute town where my fathers family is from. Hotel was very clean. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. Great shower too! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Had a good selection.

The room temperature was a little warm. There was no air-conditioning.
