The hotel is amazing, so clean the rooms are small but more than adequate and just the perfect location.
The staff are very warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make everyone welcome.

The hotel is in a quiet location but only about 5 minutes walk from the town and lakefront.
Very welcoming and helpful staff, spacious clean room. Having a kettle in the room was a bonus. Lovely fresh food at breakfast. Would stay here again.
Some slight road noise at the back of the hotel but nothing significant.

Breakfast sufficient
Room slightly dated and not too big Bed was ok but a bit scuffed on the surrounds. Bathroom very clean but quite small

Breakfast was excellent, great choice of cereal, fruit, pastries, cheese, meats hot and cold items. Coffees, teas juice and water.
Staff super friendly couldn’t do enough for us as a family. Very polite and helpful.
Evening meals a little hit and miss. Some excellent, some ok. Usually something to suit on the menu though.
Bar service of a night time excellent, special shout out to Mary and Helena who looked after us and couldn’t do enough for us long after everyone had gone to bed.

We have stayed 14-21 August 2022 .Everything was excellent : respectful and helpful staff in hotel and restaurant, clean room and bed linen, very good breakfast and wonderful dinner. Thank you for a really wonderful relax, which will be remembered for a long time. Already want to come back :) Thank you!

Price/value ratio was excellent. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, air conditioning worked perfectly, the public areas very well maintained. Pool area was cozy and also well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and a special thanks to the waiter/manager who made our stay extra special. He is the golden standard of customer service! Try to order "americano booster" during breakfast!
Check out quite early at 10 am but they let us stay in the pool area as long as we wanted and to use the shower. The bed mattresses were quite hard for my liking but it was nice to have two pillows!

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful at all times, great breakfast and great cleanliness throughout the hotel, would recommend a pool view room.
A larger room perhaps, otherwise perfect.

I liked that the check in was fast and friendly, the service was nice and the rooms were clean
the food at breakfast was also very good, the stuff serves you tea coffee was also super friendly and fast to serve

I like so much the clean and comfortable swimming pool. The room were very comfortable, quite and clean. The personals absolutely amazing and very friendly. We have got the dinner menu and overpass my expectation. The quality were sublime. The morning breakfast very delicious. The hotel is near to Grada center (4 minutes walk) a discovered gem in Garda. I will comeback without doubt.

Wonderful place, definitely will suggest to stay there. All building, hall and rooms are renovated. Personal are very kind and can share useful information about town and help with other questions. Location is perfect to reach the coast with town and restaurants by foot and also to sleep in quiet and enjoy the day without crowd if you prefer so
