Staff gentile e preparato. Colazione valida, varia e abbondante per tutti i gusti. Posizione della struttura perfetta per visitare a piedi tutto il centro storico e i suoi edifici. La camera in mansarda sufficiente per le due notti che abbiamo alloggiato.
Come in molti alberghi non italiani la mancanza del bidet nel bagno (è una esigenza di igiene personale che non viene valutata).

The good thing about this hotel is the location and friendly staff.
The reservation I made did not match the one we found. There was a balcony mentioned in the ad, but a balcony is subject to availability and you should specify it in the reservation!! Why do I need to specify if it's already mentioned in the room description?
The room was not small, it was tiny! No space between a wall - a bed is crammed against it and makes the room one side. It's completely different from what you see in the pictures.
Closet design is weird as you cannot hang even your short shirts or jacket - they are too long and don't fit.
For the hotel in the city center, which expects mainly tourists, would be nice to have at least one TV channel in english.
Bad smell and strange sounds from the bathroom.
The room is not worth the money we paid.

Great location, right off the main plaza and around the corner from the subway. The room was very, very quiet and the beds comfortable. They gave you enough pillows which we appreciated .The staff were friendly and professional. It was a clean, cozy room.
The hallways were a bit old and could use a renovation. We would have loved to have coffee in the room.

Location is the best. Staff was friendly. The room was ok but tight if you have a lot of luggage. Hot water didn't last long, and the double bed is really small for two average size people.

The staff was very helpful and they were very gracious! Denilsa at the front desk was so nice and assisted us with all our questions! I would definitely return to this hotel.

La struttura è in pieno centro e ogni attrazione è raggiungibile a piedi. Ci sono molti ristoranti e locali nelle vicinanze. Nelle camere e in tutta la struttura non si sente alcun rumore. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e attento. Non posso esprimere parere sulla colazione perché ho sempre mangiato fuori. Consigliato per un weekend lungo e per chi non vuole muoversi troppo per visitare musei e monumenti.

The hotel is located in the real centre of Madrid - a very convenient place to walk to every sight of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.
Some rooms have less air-circulation but we were transferred to a better room - grateful for the to the staff!

A localização do hotel é excelente, dá para conhecer muitos pontos turísticos a pé. Só precisamos de táxi para ir ao estádio do Real Madri. Funcionários prestativos.

Me dieron una habitación inferior a la seleccionada.. me alojé la sem anterior y super bien .. esta vez mucho mas cara e inferior .. mucho mas pequeña.. se le dijo a la Recepcionista y deberíamos pagar un suplemento para otra habitación

The property was really clean, comfortable and well looked after. It was in a great location with easy access to everything in Madrid. The staff were really friendly and helpful; on our first day they gave us a map and showed us the best places to go to in Madrid, as well as let us know what local events were on.

I really liked the breakfast, it was very complete. The staff was super friendly and assisted us in anything we needed. Finally the location was great, you could walk to a lot of the main city attractions.
The room was somehow small with little room to put our suitcases.
