The boys and I were down for a golf trip. The house is amazing. Very spacious and centrally located to a few golf courses.

The house was nice and clean. The location was perfect for what I needed for this vacation. However, the fact that I needed to provide linens and towels for a short-term rental was unexpected and aggravating. I have used short term rentals many times before and have never needed to provide my own sheets and towels. Additionally, the house had an elevator which would have been VERY useful if it had been operational. The house was 4 stories and we had to carry all groceries, baby equipment, and luggage up all stairs. Not great for 4 kids under 5 and elderly parents...

The house is beautiful!! Everything was nice the 1st night, 2nd and 3rd night it was freezing on the 2nd and 3rd floor could no longer control the heat, the refrigerator & freezer did not get cold ice cream melted had to put food on balcony to stay cold. Elevator stop working, it was difficult getting my 85 year old aunt up & down the steps, and bringing all our luggage and bags down for
check out the elevator was the main reason we chose this house. The water don't stay hot if too many people are taking a bath/shower around the same time.

Gorgeous Home!
Three couples (our family) spent the week at this home. Trust me. It will not disappoint! The home was beautiful, the manager was very attentive and we would happily rent again. Tastefully decorated home and your needs were anticipated. Thanks for allowing us into your home!

Great family stay
Easy access to the home. It was just as described. Tons of space for the 10 of us, very comfortable and stylish furnishings and the elevator was great for bring luggage and groceries up and down. New construction so very clean with up to date appliances and washer and dryer. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. We all had fun playing pool too. Make sure to get your amenities passes ahead of time; we didn't and it was hard to get in touch with the property manager and it took almost all day to process the passes. Private parking for 4 vehicles and additional parking right around the corner. Beautiful resort neighborhood - nice for walking, biking, fishing and kayaking. The decks are large and one is screened in but surprisingly the deck roof is porous so we could not sit out there when it rained.

Excellent property and amenities. Our family of 8 spent a little weekend family time and had a GREAT time. My aunt has mobility problems and the in home elevator was perfect. Anyone with ADA will certainly appreciate the ability to not be isolated from anything in the home.
The kitchen was fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Plus the long island that seats 6 people comfortably was great too.
Our host Sue was exceptional too! We could not have had a better time.

Great Golftoberfest Weekend
This property was great for our 4some. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom, the location is great if playing at Bayside (or near by), very large screen tv, billiards, kitchen & elevator were all appreciated. Master suite upstairs had weak/low shower pressure but other showers were fine.

This was a last minute decision to spend a few days with our children and grandchildren. We booked on Thursday and got to rental on Friday. The kitchen with it's long center island, dining room with pool table off to the side were the highlights for us mingling. Let's not forget the huge TV in the livingroom and screened in deck just off the livingroom with dining table. Master King Bedrooms were nice. I could go on.....I did get to meet the owner who came by to get items out of the shed, very nice. The only complaint which I told the owner is that it needed a little painting to clean up scuff marks from renters putting their feet up on area or touching the walls, other than that a great retreat.

We absolutely loved this house! We went with our best friends and we really enjoyed that the main living floor separated two floors of bedrooms so each family had their own floor. We wished the property had a grill, but otherwise this place is incredible and we would definitely stay here again!

Fenwick island was beautiful. the Realtor(sue) was so nice who we booked this unit through were so nice and helpful . There is plenty toDo between golfing. Swimming ,restaraunts and shopping . My Family and I stayed here for my Birthday Weekend. First and foremost, Steve and Sue are great realtors. They communicated all information needed before and during our trip. Thank you so much. We were privileged to meet the owner of this home while leaving. He was very gracious and welcoming. This beautiful home is nestled in the serine area of Selbyville Delaware. Selbyville is a great and inviting community. The locals here are very warm and friendly. There are plenty of stores and options right outside of the home vicinity. Ocean City is a short drive away with plenty of Scenic routes. This home has enough space , so that all occupants feel comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful time here. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We cannot wait to come back in the future!!!

Thanksgiving vacation
This property is new and spacious. We had 8 adults and 4 children and more than enough room to spread out.
The kitchen is well stocked and easy to move about with several cooks working. Double ovens were a gift as we had 2 turkeys!
We would definitely do it again!

Great home and space.
Lovely property. For a group of girls scrapbooking. Large table and love the TVs and bed very comfortable. We will definitely be back next year. It’s a little hard to find hoise in community and not in GPS yet. Other then that, loved the spaciousness and size of home.

Perfect getaway
This house is truly amazing! All the perks to just come in and relax are right there. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, TVs in every room, decks on every floor. The community is so well put together as well with tons of things to do and see. 3 pools, canoeing, hiking trails, great views and the cool signs that point out great picture ops!
