on small side but served our needs

nice size room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was super comfy and clean. bathroom was also clean and didn’t run out of toilet paper. Good security on front door and room door. Friendly staff and great value for money!

I was using this hotel as an overnight base prior to catching the 06:16 Eurostar for Amsterdam and in that sense it was convenient.

Clean, good location, quiet (considering it's near King's Cross), good value for money

By far the best of this hotel is the location. I stayed in a room with shared bathroom and toilette. The room had a basin that was very convenient since the toilette neither the shower room had one. The room had a nice window so lot of light. Although the shower and toilette were shared, they were always available when I needed.

The building is a bit out of date what means noise rooms. I expected the shared shower bigger with at least some space to hang your clothes since you need to walk out of your room to reach it.

Cleaned everyday. This is rare after Covid19. Competent staff. Coordinated taxi from Airport for me. Located right near tube station. I walked everywhere.

You have to learn while traveling in Europe you will have small rooms, at times no AC, no breakfast, often shared bathrooms and shower, no elevator, louder than hotels you might be accustomed to in US. Get used to it. It’s great value. Get out to the sites. That’s why you are there.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable The staff were lovely and super helpful to us even printing paperwork for us. the location is hard to beat

Breakfast wasn't available due to staff shortage but this was advertised.Friendly and helpfull staff they got me a extra pillow when asked for at reception,rooms and bathroom facilities clean and shower served purpose.

Maybe some soundproofing on the windows as was a bit noisy from road traffic and people outside also maybe a handrail in showers as could be slippery when in shower for some people.

Amazing trip ! The room was just enough for one person ! The hotel's people were so great and nice ! It's really close to St Pancras and King's Cross which is really cool ! Thanks for the kindness !

I don't see anything to improve.
