beds very comfy very clean ovation was great the persian bartender was awesome

the internet and the in room policy book both said it had air conditioning and that was a complete lie. i chose that hotel because it said it had air conditioning. when i pointed this out to the front desk girl she had such an visible and detectable bad attitude like i was such an inconvenience to her. we needed 2 twin rooms and she gave us a double and when we asked for a room change another bad attitude. we had no coffee service in room and when i asked for that in lieu of the air conditioning lie she had another attitude towards me. she had the coffee service delivered but then when the room was cleaned it didn’t get cleaned and replenish for the next day. breakfast buffet way too pricey.

Very convenient, right beside the station. Did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on that. Room clean, bathroom a little small but adequate. Shower good.

The location was very suitable for my stay, close to work, and close to the center, and close to the train station.

My stay at this NH was not pleasant at all, the bedroom for start is not comfortable, the bed is too small, almost impossible to turn from side to side during sleeping, there are 2 small beds instead of one comfortable one. So I didn't sleep properly the 3 nights of my stay... Also, the pillows are not comfortable, I needed hard pillows and the hotel didn't have any. And the worst part when I asked for towels the staff answered me that there is no room service (it was 9pm only) and they said I had to go down myself and pick them up from the lobby. What is the benefit of a hotel if you are not being served, I could have stayed in an apartment where I do all the service for myself. Moreover at night the hotel is dark, and the half lobby's lights are off, you do not feel the luxury of staying in a hotel.

We like the NH Hotel very much ! We are driving appr. 3 times from northern Germany to Switzerland and this Hotel is a nice intermediate stop.

Limited breakfast options due to low customer levels but still high price in place so not good value.
