Lo mejor: el personal. Todos muy profesionales y atentos. Está ambientado con mucho gusto, a dos pasos de los medios de elevación. Ofrecen taquillas y dejan el equipo directamente allí para que sea más cómodo. El desayuno muy bueno también. La cena del 24 la hicimos en el restaurante Hincha y no faltó nada. Excelente servicio y comida de calidad. Fue un placer haber estado allí!

Me gustó todo. Sólo por decir algo, en las habitaciones que tuvimos no había papel tissue ni hervidor, sólo café. Pero solicitamos uno y nos lo trajeron en seguida, junto con un rico té.

The staff was wonderful, especially Julia and Silvia! The customer service is exquisite! We had some massages and the ladies there are very skilled. Very close to the ski pistes, shops and parking is just under the hotel, with wide spaces for the cars. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and it was really good! Could easily connect my netflix to the tv. I totally recommend this hotel because they do all they can for you to feel special!

Breakfast was great. Dinner was also amazing, it was buffet but with a lot of choices and some main dishes were cooked on request. Each day the menu was also changing.

Breakfast at hotel great. We hire skis from Calafate at tanau. Super helpful team who will drop / collect skis off at the hotel for you.

Whilst the hotel was lovely as a ski resort a bath with shower over would be great as opposed to just walk in shower.

Clean everywhere. Helpful, friendly and very professional staff. Comfy spacious parking. Easy and quick access to gondola. Super nice shower and bathroom in general. Very comfy lights in the room and mountain view is nice.

Room, despite claiming to be 25 square meters, feels like 14. Wooden chair, so don't expect comfortable working space. Breakfast looks great, though not as tasty as it looks (it perfectly OK, just not wow). Spa additional 25eur. Parking 19eur/night. Basically it's a good hotel if it was priced at 150 eur a night. Actual 250-400eur a night is unjustified.

-1 floor with sub zero restaurant can't compare to the rest of the hotel, this área has a lot of room for improvement. Restaurant is also not great.

The hotel has a very convenient location. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. The attentive staff is ready to solve all your problems and answer all your questions. There is parking at the hotel, but it is paid. Lockers for storing ski equipment are provided by the hotel free of charge.

location is super close to the cable station. the free locker at the station saves one lots of energy.

first day arrival check-in made us wait for roughly 30 minutes.

We were impressed by the warmth of the staff. Nuria in the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful. Ichel, the housekeeper was hospitable. The proximity to the ski lift is a real plus. You are given a locker directly below the lift to leave your skis, boots, hats, etc so you do not have to carry them back/forth the hotel. The restaurant was well organized to handle big groups. The food was satisfactory. There was parking and it was reasonably priced. I had a bath in my room which I used every night. We also enjoyed the spa. I would recommend getting a massage because then you also are allowed entry to the spa area(It's included). If not, the entrance alone to the spa area is quite expensive. Be sure to bring a bathing cap and flip flops as they are mandatory. If not, you have to purchase them.

The rooms were very hot. We ended up having to sleep at times with the windows open to keep the room at a normal temperature.

Lovely staff from check in to check out and everywhere in between. Great renovation of the rooms in nice calm colours. We love the breakfast and also the bar and restaurant. Nice place to sit and chill in the afternoon by the fire.

Interesting choice of TV programs, one English, but many (weird) German channels. Parking maybe a bit pricy.

Breakfast was excellent as was the location. Restaurant food was average and limited in choice.
