La maison en elle-même est parfaite : spacieuse, propre très bien équipée, proche des commerces. La personne en charge de notre séjour était gentille, efficace et joignable. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour (vol retour à 20h) ce qui est très appréciable. Enfin la maison est bien située pour rayonner dans toute la partie Sud de l’île. Néanmoins nous avons trouvé que son prix était un peu trop élevé pour deux raisons : - l’environnement est relativement bruyant (route passante) - la maison est à « 30m de la plage » sauf que malheureusement il n’y a quasiment plus de plage au Diamant. Elle s’est faite complètement manger par la mer. Voiture obligatoire tous les jours pour profiter de la plage.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La villa est très bien située au Diamant, proche de toutes les commodités (épicerie, pharmarcie, pizzeria, boutique de souvenirs). La villa est très bien aménagée (accessible aux personnes en fauteuil, circulations adaptées) et parfaitement équipée (cuisine, lave-linge, barbecue,..). Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire afin de passer ces 6 jours en toute tranquillité. La piscine est très agréable (grande surface). L'hôte et ses collaborateurs ont été d'une gentillesse incroyable et d'un professionnalisme exceptionnel. Petit plus : l'hôte est très à l'écoute concernant les horaires de check-in / check-out. Parenthèse enchantée à renouveler rapidement !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette très belle villa, parfaitement conçue tant pour ses espaces intérieurs que ses espaces extérieurs ; la piscine est magnifique et très spacieuse ; le seul bémol serait la route, invisible car le jardin est parfaitement bien agencé , mais un peu bruyante en journée surtout. L'avantage de cette route c'est que l'on a tout à proximité, pas besoin de voiture, on peut tout faire à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa.

Nous avons passés un agréable moment dans cette superbe villa !!! Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont spacieux et agencés avec élégance. Le quartier est calme et reposant. Petit plus concernant la flexibilité des arrivées et départs. Que ce soit un séjour familiale ou entre amis la piscine vous ravira!!

Le cadre dans lequel nous avons été reçu a été excellent L’accueil et la communication avec la propriétaire nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour car celle-ci a été flexible sur nos horaires d’arrivée . La villa est spacieuse et proche de toute commodité à pieds ou en voiture . La plage se trouve à 2 min à pied.

Maison très bien équipée. La maison est située dans le bourg. Cela permet donc de profiter des boutiques, supérettes à proximité, bar / restaurant Grande véranda. Nous avons été accueillis avec soin et gentillesse. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Maison d'une propreté irréprochable. Un accueil très sympathique. Mobilier épuré et de belle qualité. Maison spacieuse avec jardin, idéale pour une famille avec enfants. Une très bonne location, nous y retournerons.

Séjour agréable ! La villa est spacieuse , la capacité de couchage est optimale . Si vous voulez fêter entre amis ou en famille vous pouvez . Elle est bien équipée et aménagée de manière à ne manquer de rien . C'est la villa idéale. À refaire !!

belle villa bien située...petite épicerie tenue par des locaux très sympa et en plus ils ont tout….comme la villa d'ailleurs ou il y a tout pour cuisiner...il ne manque rien...du coté des chambres ….c'est pareil rien a redire...que du bonheur merci a draga qui nous a attendu tard le soir et qui a été plus que professionnelle… nous essaierons de revenir dans des conditions normales… thierry

Très belle propriété, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Villa bien équipée, sécurisée, piscine agréable, une grande terrasse où l'on profite des petits-déjeuners et des repas, cet un espace de vie très bien pensé. Très bon accueil. La villa est bien située pour les promenades, aller à la plage. C'est notre deuxième séjour, et nous espérons réitérer cette expérience.

Belle maison,spacieuse, fonctionnelle pour personne a handicap . Mais dommage qu elle soit située près de la route. Sur trois jouts cela est supportable. Nuit calme.

Très beau séjour, la route à proximité un peu bruyante par moments. Draga, la personne qui nous a accueillie, a su répondre à nos questions et régler nos petits problèmes sans délai.

I was a bit reluctant to review this property as the owner was so responsive and helpful.....I wanted to give it a five star rating and I couldn’t do it. The house is as described and the pictures are right on. The outdoor space is amazing and that is where we spent all of our time except for sleeping. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large and very clean. The down side of this house is the location on a busy road. The fences and landscaping do a nice job of hiding the road but the traffic can be heard especially during rush hour. There is a lot of traffic on this Island and GPS is not very reliable, so exploring the Island can be challenging. We are from the USA so I think my review is influenced by the fact that we are not French. My husband loves the French language and is moderately fluent but we had trouble figuring out simple things like how to operate the washing machine. It would be very helpful if there were directions in French and English explaining the running of the house....TV, washing machine, recycling and garbage, etc. Our group of 4 adults ended up having a very enjoyable 10 day stay...we had it all figured out by day 3. I

Stayed here for 5 nights. Perfect setup for vacation kids who can swim. Pool is perfect temp and refreshing. We sat and read and lazed about while kids played in the water. Kitchen totally functional - we are picky and made two full dinners. Multiple grocery stores nearby. 3 minute walk to Diamant beach. Bedrooms awesome - AC and the wood frame with the mosquito netting very romantic plus perfect for cocoon like sleeping. Internet great. Best place we stayed in all of Martinique.

We came in on a later flight that arrived after dark and in the rain. It was very difficult to find Le Diamont, and the directions to the house aren't great. However, we were texting with the owner's friend that speaks enough English to help us find it. But, that is the only thing that went wrong the whole week. The house is clean, new I think, and the bathrooms are large. We had a family of 4 and a family of 2 share the house. Perfect size. We spent most of our time on the porch, and in the pool. There is a tv - we never turned it on. The wifi is fast and we could keep up with basketball games at home easily. Laying in bed and listening to the ocean was so nice. The walk to the beach is very simple - cross the street. There are waves on the beach, but the kids loved that one best. In the yard we spotted hummingbirds, lizards, toads and cats. What a treat! The owner's friend who spoke English was really helpful, and offered her number to text if there were issues - there weren't. The kitchen had basics and she even provided a small first breakfast in the fridge. To sum up, loved the property, the town of Le Diamonte and the owners. A perfect family stay with kids and tired adults. Recommend renting a car, however, you can walk to the bakery every morning for croissants, and have an excellent dinner in town. There is also a shopping market a short walk away, and a quick mart/hangout across the street.

This house is a perfect gem. We stayed for 2 weeks in January and absolutely loved it. The house is obviously loved by its owner as shown in the attention to detail. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and a pleasure to cook in and anything you need can be found at a large Carrefour 15 minutes away by car. There were a lot of basic foodstuffs in the kitchen such as oil , vinegar, tea, coffee etc which is always nice. The pool is a delight and extremely clean as is the rest of the property. The Diamant beach is a stones throw away and is great for walking as the sand is firm. We were met by Draga and her lovely friend who showed us around and were very helpful and kind. This property is new and we were happy to see all the new shrubbery that has been planted and would love to return in a year or so as this little oasis will be even more private and beautiful. Thank you so much we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend this property

Sophie and her team also made sure there was shampoo/conditioner and a hairdryer and other amenities available for us once we arrived. Also, Sophie was a dream to work with in planning this trip. She gave us a great suggestion for a cher to cook for us at the house and also a wonderful company for us to do a day long catamaran trip. The house was so comfortable and beds were nice and firm. I hope to come back soon for another visit!

Nous avons particulierement apprecie le fait que tout soit a distance de marche : plage (juste la route a traverser), boulangerie, epicerie, boucherie, marche, pharmacie, restaurant.Seul petit bemol, la route qui passe en avant de la villa peut parfois etre tres bruillante.
