Room was comfortable, front desk staff, excellent, good breakfast included
Evening meal menu very limited but fortunately, plenty of alternatives nearby in shopping and entertainment precincts.

Excellent value for money hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff . Clean and comfortable room and a good breakfast, We'd stay again.
Only negative is no on-site parking. However , off-site parking was only 5 minutes walk away.

We had access to free tea and coffee while meeting a friend there for the afternoon following check out. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room facilities were as good as those in more expensive locations we have stayed in previously. Great value.

Bed was very comfortable
Room had no heating I rang reception and was told someone will be along in 10 mins, I couldn’t get in the shower as was waiting for someone to come, after 20 mins tried ringing reception again as I needed to get ready to go out and it was constantly engaged. When I was going out I asked at reception for some to look at it whilst I was out and was assured they would but they didn’t, so I spent a cold night . I not sure I would recommend this hotel to anyone as I feel reception just ignored my request

Nice welcome, even though it was late. Room was lovely and clean. Very comfortable.
Breakfast was very nice also. The restaurant was light, spacious and everything you could need was well cooked and tastey.

The room was nicer than expected and the air con being on in the heat was a welcomed bonus! I wasn’t expecting much from the breakfast but it was very nice and a good selection.
Nothing to complain about. The area is very quiet which may not be ideal if you’re looking for a “night out” but this isn’t a reflection of the hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting family, this is the second time we have stayed. The room was plenty big enough, clean and airy. There were drink making facilities, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, aswell as shower gel and soap in the ensuite. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice, hot food, cereals, porridge, fruit etc. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us visiting family, although we didn't leave Stevenage, its a good base for the local area outside of the town.

No on site parking, usb chargers in room didn't work, the milks in room had gone off, not enough staff looking after the bar and check in desk spent 10 minutes waiting to be served a drink and no one in front of me at bar.
