Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were helpful rooms small but clean and had everything we needed. Pool area was better than expected, and the bar was relaxing, couldn't fault the breakfast. We had a great time except for one problem . What we didn't like.

Unfortunately three times in the night and early hours (3 am)we were woken up by alarms going off no expectations, didn't know if we should stay in room and ignore or run for our lives, I don't sleep well at best of times ,so I did find this annoying, but I'm sure it doesn't happen often so I would return, cos the good things outwayed the bad.

It is just a lovely hotel with the type of facilities we needed for a business trip. The swimming pool and spa were great. Beds large and comfortable. A very good night sleep

The air conditioning in the communal hallway was quite refreshing. Good size reception area with seating. Good size hotel room. Kettle in the hotel room with teabags, coffee and biscuits.

The air conditioning unit wasn't working in my hotel room, although there was a fan in the wardrobe.

Room was lovely, nice and warm and lift was quick. Really comfy bed and good facilities

Breakfast was disappointing. Would have liked more choice of eggs and real coffee. Smoked bacon cooked a bit more well done would have made the score a lot better
