Reception staff was really friendly, however one of the breakfast staff members could've been more inviting. Really close to a really nice beach and train station. Breakfast was nice. Nice balcony with a good view. Fair prices

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, although the sheets were cleaned there were some stains on them. Some of the staff members could have been friendlier

It’s so comfortable and beautiful! The beach is gorgeous and the pool was perfect for my two small kids. Loved the room (with bunk beds!) and Ivan is super responsive. The staff was great and the breakfast was very generous!

Parking is hard and limited at the actual property but easy for the beach and pool

The private beach and pool were fantastic! The breakfast offered was plentiful and consistent. Close to many cool spots, but we barely had to leave the resort.

The staff was very friendly. The junior suite was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool was very nice. The beach was very nice, but make sure to bring water shoes because it was rocky. The restaurant also offered room service which was a great option for my family. I was able to book a massage by the pool and the masseuse was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Initially, the hotel was difficult to get in touch with. They didn't respond to emails, messages through booking.com, and didn't pick up the phone. We were finally able to reach them through Facebook.
