Location was perfect to walk into central Grenoble. Great value. Room v clean and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. V secure.. 2 lifts

Communal areas need refurbishment, we thought the carpets were patterned they were so stained! Parking under building is v expensive and involves a James Bond style car lift, which was a bit freaky but worked! Then found street parking nearby was free, and generally available. Shower weird but usable.

The location is great!

The check-out time is 11 pm, that's earlier than the standard check-out time of 1200 noon.

The common areas have been deteriorated through the years. I have been here couple of years ago and it was good, but now it smells and the working room beside the reception is a mess.

Unexpectedly there was a parking. We were permitted to leave our cars some hours after checkout. Great!

Very good for a long stay. Room kitchen is well prepared and convenient. Room is wide and clean.

Water does not come out well in a washroom. （Kitchen and Bath are OK).

Polite, nice and helpful staff, location close to tram and train station, big studio with bath tub, good kitchen, cosy big bed, beautiful view from my room, big bathroom, good wifi, small fitness room was good, good value for your money

the facility design was good

The outside grounds as you approach the building was filled will cigarette buts and other trash. There were weeds growing in the sidewalk and near the building. The interior carpet was filthy, deplorable, and completely unacceptable. With the application of a small amount of resources the appearance and overall rating of this property would improve. The above observations indicate poor management and ownership.

Air con not working, car park inadequate, communal area carpets covered in stains. Breakfast equipment dirty/not working. Staff refused to compensate us for the broken air con.

The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The beds were clean.

The location is in a run down area of the city. The hotel is very grimy and smells terrible. the carpets are really stained. The apartments are poorly maintained and not thoroughly cleaned. I did not feel safe with my family sleeping in this property.
