Great location, lovely pool area
Arrived and found holes in the bottom sheet of the bed and pillowcase - shocking for a 4* hotel.

Отель расположен на самой шумной улице, при этом на его территории очень тихо и спокойно. Вероятно, номера с выходом к бассейну не плохие(их немного, и только у них есть доступ к своему бассейну помимо основного)

Классный охранник на паркинге отеля - очень помогал
- завтраки не вкусные, за исключением омлета, который готовят при тебе
- номер совершенно не соответствует описанию - фото на букинге вообще другого номера, не того, куда нас заселили. Так же не соответствует размер номера - в 2,5 раза меньше , чем заявлено, две кровати вместо одной
- плесень в ванной
- дырявые простыни и полотенца с пятнами
- по мелочи : хотелось бы бар у бассейна

the water flow from the shower can be improved and make it more. the water coming out was soo little.
The hotel can also provide insect spray in every room.

very friendly staff, bed was very comfortable,room was very spacious and clean the swimming pool was nice, location was ideal. we loved staying there and would highly recommended.

the location of the hotel is very strategic! By only walking distance we may enjoy ao nang beach just across the road. There are many sourvenir shop along the street! Very Muslim friendly since the owner is also Muslim. The food served by the Hotel was magnificient! and its HALAL! We booked the duplex suite for 3 days. the room spacious & nice! There are also nice bathtab & pantry for my family to chill. We feels like home! The swimming pool also nice, big & clean! We spend most of the time enjoying the hotel facilities! All the staffs are very friendly & helpful. They always greet us whenever they sees us. I would recommend my friends to come here and we love to come back for our next holiday! Thanks Mr Idris!

Good location and good breakfast. Close to a lot of things nearby and beach across the street was quite nice and enjoyable. Lots of music at night though so be weary if you need silence to sleep.
Because of the proximity to nearby bars, there is a lot of noise at night but it is completely tolerable. It does not go too late but if you are one who is noise sensitive you may be annoyed late night.

The location is amazing, very central and right next to the beach. The room was nice, bed very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and communication prior to arrival very good. Spa center very good as well.
the breakfast needs some more "western options" (cheese and ham for example), and the wifi sometimes is very annoying as it needs to be changed between to networks depending on location and always requesting the password everytime it logs in.

Good location if you want to be in the middle of the action
Private pool was cold. Hotel location is very crowded with limited space. In general the place needs refreshing and remodeling. Looks old and not well maintained, not what I expected for the price. One of the rooms was very close to a noisy bar.

Great location right across the road from the beach and in the middle of nice ships and restaurants. Nice pool area and restaurants. The staff was nice.
The TV and phone didn't work in my room and the sliding glass door wouldn't lock. Housekeeping was stingy with TP and soap and coffee.
