فخم ومريح وايضا وسيع والسرير مريح ومنطقة الجلوس والكنب رائع ودورة المياه جميله ووسيع والشامبو وغسول الجسم والبلسم وايضا مرطب الجسم جودتهم عالية.

العزل نوعا ما غير جيد كنت اسمع صوت المكنسة في الغرفة المجاورة ( في الغالب التنظيف يكون في العصر، يعني اذا بتنام في الليل بكون هدوء ) لي وايضا يجب الاهتمام بالتهويه والتعطير لان نوعا ما رائحة الدخان طاغية واتمنى استبدال الشاشات الى شاشات تحتوي على برامج مثل نتفلكس و او اس ان لكي استطيع استخدام اشتراكي الخاص على هذه المنصات على الشاشة.

Gave me a Room I hadn't booked (was downgraded) receptionist said no others were available. I complained and refused that room and after 5 minutes they magically found the room I had originally booked. Wish I hadn't booked. Old room stains everywhere & dirty carpets, old bathroom. Very cold Room even with AC, Lots of road noise no insulated windows. The shower was terrible, Room service food was terrible. TV didn't work properly—pillows like concrete slabs. Extremely disappointing for a Crown Plaza hotel. I will never stay there again. I left to stay at a Ramada close by which was excellent, Great room and half the price.

1. قلة نظافة سرير النوم مما سبب حساسية لي و لعائلتي 2. عدم استقرار الكهرباء في يوم واحد طفت اكثر من ثلاث مرات مختلفة التوقيت و بمدة تزيد عن النصف ساعه لكل مرة

Pillows were very big and hard. It is difficult to sleep with such pillows. Please provide soft pillows as well.

The fact that the key card never work and no one from the staff wants to fix the card reader. so every time the key card is not working, i need to go to the reception to reset the key card. so i did that like many times. Also there is no valet parking. there is only one staff to assist us.

ACTUALLY ROOM IS GOOD AN COMFORT BUT IAM NOT SATISFIED WITH RECEPTION STAFF BECAUSE I HAVE DEPOSIT AMOUNT.WHEN I CHECKOUT THEY DINT PAY THAT MONEY.THEY SAID WILL TRANFER THE AMOUNT TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 3DAYS.BUT NOW MORETHAN THAT I DINT RECEIVE MONEY.SO IAM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS STAY.
