This property was fantastic. Location is great - easy walk or bike ride to the Village and Sharc. The bunk room was a hit with the grandkids and it was nice that they had their own bathroom. Plenty of room but since it was summer we spent a lot of time outside.

We had a wonderful time at this home! It was very clean, full of games, had everything we needed to accommodate our large extended family. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

The cabin is great, awesome kids bunk/play room. Easy walk to Sharc or village and the owner was very responsive. Well stocked kitchen and bath linens. We will definitely come again!

We loved our stay here. It really is the best location. Lots of bikes, great kitchen, and the bunk room was a hit with the kids. 4 adults and 4 kids and we were all very comfortable.

Great home and location to share and village. Plenty of room for our group. The kids loved the bunks and tv in their room. Well stocked kitchen for our cooking needs.

This was a very comfortable, clean, well-kept home with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bikes, SHARC passes, and a hot tub. The location is perfect for being near the village, the Lodge, the SHARC pool, etc. It also had a perfect room for our young 20s with 3 bunk beds, a couch and tv space and their own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Location by Village and SHARC was nice. House was clean. Everything functional. Well stocked. Had everything we needed for cooking, etc. Good selection of bikes that were in good shape.

Loved our stay at this Sunriver home! The house was perfect for our stay, which included 3 families. Plenty of room in the home for everyone. The bunkroom was a bit hit with the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances and all of the eating utensils and cooking supplies that we needed. The location was fantastic, being only a couple of minutes by bike to the SHARK and the village. We loved having the stable of beach cruiser bikes available for use. One of our favorite homes at one of our favorite vacation destinations.

This is our 3rd year spending our Women's Retreat at this amazing home. Great rooms and a large upstairs room that sleeps 9. Home is close to SHARK and the Pavilion for shopping. Love the fireplace and hot tub

This place is in a great location with an awesome floor plan to accommodate a few families. We love Sunriver and would recommend this house!

Comfortable beds, plenty of space for kids, warm and toasty. Really enjoyed our time here.

Our family of 7 rented together with another family of 5 and it was great! The kids all stayed in the bunk room and had fun sleeping in the same room. The hot tub was great and had starry views. We saw deer nearly every meal from the back porch. SHARC is close and so fun! Seriously an ideal home for a Sunriver getaway!

This house has the best kid cave as I call it of any home in Sunriver that we have stayed in. The location is hard to beat with how close it is to both the Village and the SHARC. We enjoyed spreading out, soaking in the hot tub, and utilizing the SHARC passes!!

We had a wonderful time with Sommer's property. the location is fantastic and the cul de sac for the kids was safe and wonderful. The bikes were in excellent working condition; unfortunately we never were unable to use the barbecue but when we checked it near the end it hadn't been cleaned by prior tenants; the bed situation is ideal for people with young adults or older children; unfortunately our babies did not cooperate.but we made it work the upstairs is incredible for older kids; the kitchen was adequately stocked and especially liked the new waffle iron and griddle and crock pot;. an update on the fridge would be recommended or a second fridge in the garage as for 12 people you quickly run out of space. The location and general amenities make this a very desireable property for a large family.ll The SHARC passes, bikes and helmets were incredible. Damage deposit was promptly refunded.,

The house was in great shape, all the appliances worked, the house was clean, the grill had a full tank of propane, and the hot tub warmed up in no time. We had a group of 8 guys, everyone got their own bed and there were still extra mattresses. It doesn’t look like a huge place from the outside, but there was plenty of room for all of us. The only complaint we had was that the garbage cans outside hadn’t been emptied before we got there, but it turned out to not be an issue. All things considered, we had a great time in a great house for a reasonable price. 5/5. Would rent again.

Beautiful house fully furnished in an amazing location.

We loved our stay at the home in Sunriver. Location is great because it is close to the shopping center. The home as great amenities. The upstairs is great with the great room having 3 bunk beds. 3 full bathrooms is nice also for large groups,

8 of us stayed for 4 days over our spring break and had a fabulous time. Sommer is very responsive, the house is really well stocked and organized. The upstairs kids room was awesome for the 4 kids. We would totally stay again.

The house was perfect sized for my group of 10 to say in. We had no problems!

We loved our time spent in this spacious, comfortable cabin! Our group of 12 had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and every appliance you could imagine—blender, toaster, electric griddle, coffee grinder, coffee maker, waffle maker. We hope to return in the near future!!

House is well equipped with everything you and your family need for a relaxing trip to Sunriver. The hot tub is wonderful, bikes so fun, and two family rooms make this a great home.
