The location is excellent - easy to get by car, close to ski. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice SPA area, with many things for the kids. There is decent free WiFi. The breakfast and lunch are abundant and tasty and are served in the building in the backyard but there is a tunnel connection between the two. The rooms have a fridge and kettle with tea and coffee.

There is no ventilation in the rooms apart from the WC fan. The sauna and the salt room are pretty distant from the SPA area. We were lucky to find a parking slot as many cars were there.

Everything was good: attentive staff, cleanliness, delicious breakfast. I liked the playrooms for children, the swimming pool.

I would like to expand the children's menu in the hotel restaurant, especially for small children. Everything is too fatty and fried - the child complained about his stomach after dinner. And the coffee at breakfast was terrible.

Everything was superlative, the hotel, the SPA facilities, the breakfast, the leisure options for the children.

The only minus was the fact that the water in the large pool as well as in the children's pool was quite cold

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant is excellent. The pool and kids play facilities are also great. About a 10 minute walk to the ski slopes is doable too with shops close by for essentials.

The room was a little disappointing in the old part of the building. It was perfectly comfortable but perhaps a bit expensive for what it was. A double duvet for the double bed etc and some softer pillows would make a quick difference.

Great location, lovely stuff always happy to help, brilliant massage and superb restaurant on site with traditional polish food without rip off prices.

The leisure facilities needs improvement and some repairs. Also it would be great to have opening hours of jacuzzi and sauna changed as everything is done around children needs
