Loved the condo. The view and convenience to everything is great.

We loved our stay at the MGM signature. The view was amazing, the room was clean and we loved the secluded feeling of the Signature. The jetted tub was a huge bonus after long days of walking. We never needed to contact the listing owner while we were there but did contact him prior to our stay and he responded very quickly. The room is a bit dated and could use a new light fixture and dining chairs but it didn’t affect our stay nor is that really a big deal to us. We would definitely return and stay in the same room again!!

Room was incredibly nice but the balcony felt like it could have used a chair or a higher railing. Pretty high up but everything was great

This condo was one of the best we've stayed at. The location was far enough from the strip for a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere but close enough for fun. Communication was excellent.

It’s a convenient location and a much better experience than a hotel in Vegas.

The condo was just as advertised. Communication with Tanner was great. The staff at the property were wonderful. It is a walk to get through the property to the strip, so bring good walking shoes, and I would definitely stay here again.

Superbly furnished apartment located in a quiet location. Partial strip view available from master bedroom where we enjoyed NYE fireworks in the comfort of our place. Responsive front desk who delivered cooking utensils and cutlery, and extra blankets promptly. Checkin and valet parking happens at Tower 2. As it was the peak season, valet parking was full for most days so we self parked at MGM parking lot. It was a short 5 min walk back to Signaure. Tanner is an exceptional host, and quick to answer any questions we may have. During checkout, even the front desk gave Tanner a glowing review on how kept everyone up to date on any changes. Thank you for a wonderful stay Tanner.

Everything was great! We loved our room. The best parts were the views from personal balcony. The shower and jet tub was also another treat. It was a nice romantic stay. Very cozy!

My husband and I had the best time staying at this very nice, clean and quiet condo off the strip. Easy to get back and forth to all the action and have a nice place to head back to for rest and relaxation! Very nicely appointed condo with nice views to look out at. The only thing missing were wine glasses, and I maybe could have asked for some. We had a great time going to the new stadium and watching the Raider game, and went to some amazing shows and restaurants! We will definitely be back!

Property is extremely spacious, luxurious and relaxing! Near everything! Best place to enjoy a romantic get away! Our host was always ready to answer questions! Easy rental experience, checked on availability, Tanner got back to me within an hour I was booked! Check out was easy peasy and very quick! Will recommend to all!❤️❤️❤️

The views were amazing from the PH terrace...you can see the planes take off and land without the noise, and the facilities at MGM Signature/Grand are top notch with some great restaurants all within walking distance... everything is right there. The monorail leaves from MGM too, so another plus for an easy way to see some of the resorts. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Check out the gourmet coffee shop in Tower 2 before you waste lots of time on the Starbucks line, delicious! Some of the best state park vista's you'll ever see just a short drive away, so don't miss them. Overall, great stay... although if you're an out of shape senior or someone with walking problems, Tower 3, even with the moving walkway, could become tedious for you on a longer stay, but, then again, walking comes with the territory in Vegas, lots of it! We loved this hotel and the location. We knew there would be a small walk to the casino (in tower 3, the farthest from it), but we didn’t mind. We were also sad that the valet was not working most of the time and we had to go to a different tower, along with the pool being closed (and having to go to another one). We were also dissatisfied with the cleaning done, but we were so tired and had to wait an extra hour to check. When we got up to the room, housekeeping still was not done. There were streamers attached to the walls from the previous guests and lots of dust. This is not a reflection on the owner though! He was very communicative and easy to schedule with.

Very happy with my stay once again. The bed wasn't the comfiest but not horrible. Everything else was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the space, it was very enjoyable.

Took my daughter and her friends for her 21st Bday...great location, could walk to the strip, but even when we took.a taxi it was cheap! Loved the place we stayed too!

Our penthouse was clean. Overall room upkeep was very nice. Comfortable and plenty of room for all four of us. Room was very quiet as well. Would recommend for 1 to 4 guest.

Exceeded expectations...

I love this property and most likely would stay again. The penthouse suite which includes a balcony makes it extra special. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is super large. I also like that it has an additional bathroom in the one bedroom suite. The property is located a reasonable distance from the strip where things are happening. At the end of the day it was nice to retire to the comfort of this property to rewnergize for the next day vegas experience!

Outstanding! Only two slight insignificant issues: 1) you have to call housekeeping and it’s $20 a day extra; and 2) there are absolutely no pots, pans, dishes, utensils in the kitchen cabinets. Overall, owner was great, very responsive. The room was incredible! Grateful!

We had such a great time. The property was super easy to find. Check in was a breeze and the valet was such a great perk. Room was very spacious and had what we needed for a great weekend. Would definitely go back! Thank you.
