Die Lage und das Essen waren sehr gut, das Service beim Frühstück war auch sehr gut und der Transport zum Hotel und zurück zu unserem Auto hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Das Personal war sehr laut, die Reinigungskräfte haben angefangen um 6 Uhr morgens (nicht untertrieben) zu schreien. Jeden Morgen. Unsere Klimaanlage war defekt, deshalb hatten wir eine Klima für ins Fenster, aber kein Fliegengitter oder eine andere Abtrennung bei geöffnetem Fenster. Also konnte man entweder schwitzen oder sich zerstechen lassen. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit ein Zimmer mit Seeblick zu reservieren. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Nebengasse wo die Mülltonnen standen und die werden um 4.00 Uhr lautstark geleert. Hätten wir das gewusst hätten wir es nicht gebucht, oder wir hätten gerne mehr gezahlt um ein besseres Zimmer zu bekommen. Also Essen war gut und das Personal bemüht, aber wir brauchten nach den Nächten Urlaub vom Urlaub.

Rummet var litet för en familj på 4 personer. Saknade vattenkokare. Det var egentligen inget som var fel, boendet kändes bara trist.

Hotel was perfectly positioned right in the middle of the popular tourist area of Sirmione, with lots of activities within walking distance (the Roman gotto/villa with gardens, museum, a bar & little beach at the end of the island, Castle, plenty of restaurant & shopping, boat tours around the island). There was a barrier down by the castle to prevent unauthorised vehicles through so our taxi dropped us off there, however it was no hassle to walk with our bags over the bridge and through the crowds to get to the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was beyond my expectations - the pictures online don't do the hotel justice. We needed to catch an early taxi on Sunday morning and the staff on reception called and arranged it for us. As it was early the taxi was able to meet us right outside the hotel. The hotel has seating for the restaurant on its own pier which was a wonderful treat in the evening to sit on, with the wait staff very attentive. Breakfast was a fantastic spread with plenty of options, including toast, yoghurts, cold meats, scrambled eggs, cereals, pastries, cake etc. We arrived via taxi in mid-afternoon on a Saturday and the island was busy.

This is not a reflection on the hotel at all. I'm a light sleeper and our room had a window which opened onto the alley out the back. The bin men came and collected the rubbish early every morning we were there (Sat + Sun) so maybe something to bear in mind.

Chambre confortable, spacieuse, coquette, sans vis a vis. Balcon attenant a la chambre avec vue lac. Bon emplacement. Bon petit déjeuner. On peut laisser ses bagages a l'accueil.

Les travailleurs qui embellissent la ville (livraison, nettoyage et autres...merci a eux) commencent leur travail vers 6h30-7h et l'isolation phonique de la chambre n'est pas efficace sur ce point. Dommage

Tutto bellissimo, stanza bellissima con vista lago..dotata di ogni comfort. Staff sempre disponibile e gentilissimo Colazione a buffet ricca di ogni cosa Abbiamo pranzato nel loro ristorante,cibo veramente ottimo!

L'emplacement dans la vieille ville et près du lac. Le calme. La chambre spacieuse et très propre. Le petit déjeuner très copieux.
