This was great place. Quick walk to all the shops and restaurants. Clean and felt very safe.

Property is very nice and convenient to downtown activities. This was just a one night trip but the apartment significantly added to our enjoyment. No complaints.

Mary was very responsive to questions we had about the wifi (it seemed to be better in the morning and not as great at night). The building feels safe and secure. As other reviewers have stated, the porch overlooks the bus depot. But, it also has views of the orange peels Rabbit Rabbit venue, which was great for us because Jason Isbell played one night and it was like being at the concert (over by 10pm). Noise wasn’t a problem for us and there are sound machines provided if you need them. Very clean and easy walkability into downtown.

We loved our stay. Clean, spacious, great location. Definitely lots of hustle and bustle in the area, but the white noise machines were a nice touch.

Great location! Can walk to everything downtown. Very safe with all the door codes. Can leave car in locked garage. Cons- across from bus station so very noisy/loud. Lots of bums hanging around. This unit needs ceiling fans, room darkening drapes, and a Keurig coffee maker.

This condo was just perfect. Great: - Communication with host. Mary was super responsive and helpful. - Location could not be beat. It was a 5-10 minute walk to everywhere in downtown Asheville. - Secure building. Lots of codes to get into places, but definitely felt secure. - Super clean (with one caveat mentioned below) Not so great: - The only thing that needed a better cleaning was the refrigerator. - A bit noisy, but based on where it was, the noise did not bother us at all. - A bit bright - the master bedroom is bright at night from the great windows, so may need a sleeping mask if dark is important. - Could use more hangers. Such great closets, but only a few hangers to use. Overall, this place was exactly what we were looking for and would definitely stay again.

I've always had trouble getting in my vrbo residences. In this instance the property owner wrote a detailed message with passcodes. This made it the easiest checking I've had with vrbo. The property owner responded instantly when I has a question or issue when I set off the firm alarm. The owner was incredibly polite and it was a perfect stay. That came from location, cleanliness of the spot and effective communication from the owner when needed. I will if able coke back to stay at this location.

Great condo!! . Very roomy with large kitchen and living room. We had 3 couples and had tons of room. Great location in downtown with everything in walking distance Parking garage was great. Owner was very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend

The condo was exactly as described, very beautiful and secure! Exceptionally clean. Location to downtown Asheville was excellent and we enjoyed walking around visiting the local shops. Also the Outlet mall was a quick drive. I agree with other reviews it was noisy, the bus station is across the street from the condo. One recommendation is to consider adding black out drapes, the morning sun is brutal. Our host, Mary, was very attentive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in this very nice new condo that was well located on the edge of downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

We found the condo very clean and comfortable during our recent stay. Almost all instructions provided by owner were clear & helpful. While the immediate neighborhood was not the greatest, our favorite spots were all very walkable. The enclosed, secured garage for our car was reassuring.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It is gorgeous and the owner was fantastic to deal with!

Location excellent but across the street from the public RTA so can find variety of people hanging around the area. But really convenient with super nice and readily available people in charge of the listing. Parking being excellent enclosed underground lot. Walking distance to everything in town. Would definitely stay here again. Oh yeah! Comfortable beds.

Easy process; would rent again

My Husband and I stayed here for a friends wedding over the weekend. Location could not have been better. We were able to walk to everything, great restaurants, and breweries too. Accommodations were nice and clean. It was great to have a parking garage for our rental car too. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall this was an excellent find….condo was exceptionally clean; well furnished with all necessary supplies provided; clear, informative “house rules”; easy walk to town. Would definitely recommend. Only distraction were the homeless that camped out at garage entrance and far end of building.

This was a great property. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. The only issue we had was the noise outside at night. This is in the city and very close to the main bus terminal.

Beautiful and spacious condo! Convenient location to where we needed to be. The bus station was a little loud one night but overall a great place to stay.

Easy access to entering and exiting. Comfortable well appointed lodgings. Close to downtown activities,Biltmore and River Arts District. Could not take advantage of balcony due to Bus Depot facing the unit and variety of loitering homeless people. Lobby and garage smelled of grease from restaurant. Needs tissues and TVs not accessible to ROKU unless you start a trial or subscribe. Coffee maker was non functioning and noticed it wasn’t cleaned under the couch.

Super clean property

Great building across from a bus station...We were warned about noise ahead of time and white noise devices were supplied in the bedrooms. What we didn't anticipate were some of the characters that hang around near the building with their brown bagged drinks. A bit uncomfortable for us...though the location was otherwise great for walking to everything. We also had dryer issues, but the property manager was very helpful in trying to resolve them. We stayed here for 2 nights last month. It was our first visit to Asheville, and I cannot say enough great things about this location. It was completely spotless and two blocks from everything great. There’s also a bar and a pizza place directly across the street. Asheville brewing and rabbit rabbit. Their pizza is phenomenal. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. I will say it was a little bit noisy but with the noise canceling machines in each bedroom, we did not hear a thing

We loved our stay in Asheville thanks to this property! We walked all over Asheville including the Montford area, River Arts District, and all the breweries. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and out were a breeze. Would stay here again if looking to stay downtown!

Convenient location close to everything. The condo is very nice and the secure parking a big plus. We will come back!
