l'emplacement près de la gare

Nous sommes arrivés à 22h. Il pleuvait et il faisait froid. Dans la chambre pas de bouilloir pour se faire un café ou une infusion. Nous sommes descendu pour demander un sachet d'infusion, il n'y en avait pas. l'eau chaude et le café mis à disposition vide.

Personnel très aimable, souriant et serviable. Chambre très propre, très calme par rapport aux bruits extérieurs. Chambre demandée et donnée: au calme et dans les étages (4ème et vue sur les voies ferrées) mais pas eu de lits jumeaux. Possibilité d'avoir du café ou des boissons gratuitement dans le hall. Un plus ! Parking juste en-dessous de l'hôtel, à 15 euros pour 24h (à partir de l'heure d'arrivée), un plus aussi ! Petit-déjeuner très bien.

Vraiment pas de bruit de l'extérieur mais du dessus oui ( famille avec des enfants certainement). Il faudrait du gel hydroalcoolique dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, tout le monde se sert avec les mêmes ustensiles et touche les boutons des machines à café. Emplacement très bien car vraiment à côté de la gare, mais pour se restaurer ou se balader, c'est plutôt éloigné du centre (métro, bus et tram à 500m pour aller à Lyon centre), et il y a très peu de bars et de restaurants dans le quartier, la gare étant souvent bondée et le grand centre commercial proche est fermé le dimanche.

Really enjoyed breakfast with homemade marmelade and sirups, you could boil your own eggs. Fresh water in the lounge area. Clean rooms.

Great location, I took the first train down from Paris airport and needed to sleep and I'm glad I didn't need to travel far to this hotel. The staff were very lovely and could communicate to me in English. They could also hold my luggage for me as my departing train doesn't leave until 6 hours after checkout which gave me room to explore the city!

No complaints or problems- the hotel did exactly what I needed.

The location was great. Clean, good sized rooms. Price was good. Public transportation was very convenient.

There were no tea making facilities. Would have liked laundry facilities.. breakfast was expensive, but we did not take it.

No bar facilities in the evening however hot drinks and water were available

Everything about the hotel and location was fantastic. We right in front of the SNCF train station. Staff were very polite and helpful. I did nor like the fact that the drain in the sink or shower did not work. We stayed in room 305. We did report the problem to staff before we left Hopefully it has been repaired.

The drain in the sink and shower did not work properly. The shower overflowed and would have made a horrible mess if I had not cut the water and waited while it drained.

Good value for money

The property was very nice and comfortable.

The room showed some wear and tear. Mold in shower.

Lovely space, design, cleanless, staff, location, etc. Easy communication. Near city center, train station to other cities or airport. Good food and facilities near the hotel.

No fridge in apartment. Only this.

Prime location near metro and shopping mall

Hotel is right by Part Dieu station and the airport train. A short walk from Westfield. Room was clean and bed fine. No problems during the stay

Next door room closing the door made the wall shake and was a big bang. Very slippery shower floor, aircon didn't really warm the room up too much, breakfast disappointing and not much left half an hour before closing time. Hotel claims to have a bar and restaurant but all I saw was a closed, dark area - guess you could have had a drink if you asked but the Mercure next door has a proper bar and restaurant. Or better, eat at Westfield like I did. Expensive for what you get - I expected better to be honest
