Lovely quiet place, private and very secure.
The hosts were so hospitable, nothing a problem and they even brought me some ice for my drink.
Had a fabulous night sleep, bed is very comfortable and everything there to prepare a microwave meal or coffee and tea

No Idea, I booked the property in January 2023, when we got there after 7 hours on a motorbike in the rain, Simon had put our booking in for the next day, all rooms were fully booked, he did find us a room in Home Hill, the worst place I have ever stayed.

Reasonable amount of amenities for the price. Its location was handy enough for food shopping and visiting the lookout.
The "garden view" is an absolute joke, and is nothing more for a place for smokers to sit while looking at the road. There is no 'garden'. Also the 'park' across the road is a sports field.
The bed wasn't that comfortable. There was no plug for the bathroom sink which was the only place one could wash off crockery or cutlery.
The person on duty when we arrived managed to be sexist and ageist in a very short conversation, which put me right off them and the motel.

Quiet location, large room with very comfortable beds. Very good standard for pet friendly room, we brought a small dog with us. Pool is nice and relaxing after a day in the car.
Some ambient bedside lights would have been great, but that's the only negative.

the property was clean and tidy not from the main town and beaches.The staff were friendly and helpful.My family was impressed and we all enjoyed a good nights rest and will definitely stay again in our future travels.

No Breakfast or restaurant at night. Very disappointing especially after a long day travelling.
Would of been nice to have the restaurant and bar open.

The hosts Simon and Barry were wonderful nothing was too hard for them. Conversation was cheerful watching the tennis whilst eating a state of the art alfresco barbecue with all the trimmings including cheesecakes which almost put everyone into a food coma Children loved the large pool with all the pool toys and music, room to play grass games a perfect way to start the New Year. Rooms were spacious with connecting door that could be opened or shut. close to town yet quiet. Will be coming back to see the plans for the motel Barry snd Simon spoke of come to fruition. For only buying the hotel 35 days ago they have thrown themselves whole heartedly into making guests welcome and comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer than a stopover on the way to Port Douglas. Next time we are definitely staying longer.

It's not along a highway so is a very quite area to have a relaxing stay, plus has a heated pool

Amazing facilities, decent size pool, very safe, very clean. extreme large room and a large comfortable bed. everything you could rush from a motel and more.
