Had a great time overall, home was very accommodating and cozy. Dan (Owner) was very cooperative and helpful during the whole process. Would come again in a heartbeat!

The house we rented was the perfect size for 6 adults & 2 children. The host, Daniel, was quick to respond with any questions we had. I found him to be accommodating. It seemed as though there was a lot to do in any season. We didn’t have the best weather, but we did make the most of our mini family vacation.

The property worked perfectly for our stay. Everyone was happy and the view out back was nice. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities on the grounds were great. The owner did a great job communicating everything we needed to complete for our stay. Entrance into the community was a little rough as the line can be really backed up. Overall an awesome visit.

We had an awesome time at Daniel's house celebrating my dad's 80th birthday. Not only was the home clean, beautiful, and comfy, but Daniel was extremely accommodating and helpful when I encountered a roadblock in our plans. He absolutely was under no obligation to help but bent over backwards to ensure our trip went off without a hitch. Thank you again for helping us have an amazing weekend!

This was a great stay for me and my friends. We enjoyed catching up, had tons of space, the view of the woods from the balcony was amazing and the house was very well-furnished. This is close to so much in the area and while we didn't use the amenities, the accessibility was convenient. Highly recommend

My family and I stayed at Daniels property for Labor day weekend. The pool table, fire pit and grill were all big hits. The 6 passes provided allowed us to hang pool side, enjoy a nice kayake ride along the pond, as well as fishing. Plenty to do for all ages at no extra cost. The decription said there was no toilet paper, paper towles, or seasonings (salt/pepper) provided by the owner so we brought those items with us. However, when we arrived we had all of these things there which was a nice surprise. The only "complaint" I have is that the propane for the grill ran out on our first night, so we had to go to the store to get a new one (only a 10 min drive to the nearest convience store) but Daniel said to send him a receipt and he would reimburse us for that so it was not a huge issue. Make sure to have everyone pre register for a quick check in process! They are strict at the gate and do not allow anyone in that is not registered, as the decription clearly states. Thank you again Daniel, everything was perfect and we all had a great time.

This is my first time ever booking on VRBO, or an Air B+B, and I’m so glad I booked this one. The home was exactly as it was advertised, it was clean, Daniel was super responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. The whole process was smooth and I highly recommend booking this property! The vibe was definitely a cabin in the woods!

The house had everything we were looking for when searching for a rental. There were tv's in every room and linens were included! And pets were allowed which allowed our furry companion to to be part of our getaway. We very much enjoyed the coziness of this home and all that it offered!

We got clear driving and check-in instructions. The place was easy to find and it was clean. Pool table was a nice bonus! A couple things that would have made it even better are - 1 - the bathtub was missing a stopper 2 - lighting was kind of dim Great experience overalll!

I had my Bachelor Party here and let me tell you. This place was AMAZING. Not only is the property out of this world, there was plenty to do in the area, golf, tiki bar, bowling and more! It may have rained a bit on our only full day, but even just hanging out inside the house, watching the deer walk up and down the hillside (there are a ton of deer) and playing pool in the basement was enough to keep us occupied and extremely happy. If you’re thinking about booking Daniels amazing place, don’t bother looking at any other places, this is the one. Thank you again Daniel for your generosity and amazing home.

Everything was great

Nothing negative to say about the property! Owner was very responsive when I reached out. We enjoyed fishing and hiking around Hidden Lake in the nearby Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area during our stay. Saw plenty of wildlife in that area.

We had a great time this weekend with our 6 kids, the property was so welcoming all as stated on the web page. Great communication with host. We felt like we were home!! Beautiful property what a way to wake up !!

Property was exactly as listed. Nice open floor plan with vaulted ceiling. Large windows with a great view and a lot of natural sunlight. Plenty of beds and space for all. Pool table was a lot of fun! Everyone had a great time and enjoyed a nice fire to make Smores. The tennis courts and playground were excellent for all ages.

We just enjoyed the house, played pool and poker, and relaxed and watched TV. This was a nice place for a bigger group (11) of guys to relax and getaway for the weekend!

My family and I always pick a spot during the winter to stay in the Poconos . We enjoy picking a new place to stay and this place was not a disappointment! It was very clean and the owner was extremely respondent to any question I had! He offered us to stay another day for a discounted price, which we took advantage of!

We had a great stay! 6 adults, plenty of room. The first floor great room was such a nice space, and master bed and bath were lovely. Just have to be comfortable with majority of rooms being bunk beds. Pool table was also a blast! And most importantly Dan was so responsive and accommodating.

Property was great. Easy to get to. I used to have a timeshare nearby in Fernwood, so I was very familiar with the area. But nothing compared to my experience staying at this property. Everything was prepared, clean, and comfortable. The owner was easy to contact and got back to us with all answers to all questions before and during our stay. My party thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would HIGHLY recommend it to others.

House was depicted perfectly through the pictures. Would stay here again in the future.

My family and I had such a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving in this lovely cabin. It was fully stocked with just about everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal (aside from the groceries of course), and created the perfect atmosphere. Cooking dinner while heating my husband teach our children to play pool (and subsequently, lose to them) was a beautiful moment that will be a part of our C wonderful memories of this trip. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was lovely and comfortable. We had great weather so staying on the balcony was nice as well as letting the little one roam through the leaves. The house is located in a steep mountainy location so we had to be cautious because the leaves covered the floor, but you can still see where you can walk about safely. We had had everything available to make good family meals. Daniel was super responsive and great host. Definitely a spot to consider again.

Dan is a great host. Very fast to reply or solve any issue. The property has everything you need for a weekend getaway, whether you want to chill by the fireplace or have an active weekend playing any sport.

Stayed for a long weekend with some friends, the property was beautiful and well maintained! Good place to stay!
