The location of the hotel is ofcourse fabulous. The spa is very good with different sauna's and a jacuzzi outside. Rooms are not big but nice. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel and the place are magical. You can really relax there. The room was tiny but clean. Bathroom, too. Spa is wonderfull.

In the spa there is no staff, so there were nacked people in the areas where is forbiden to be nacked. You got only one sleepers and bathrobe so when it gets wet it can be interesting. There is no kattler in the room. The main things that I did not like in this hotel is that it is cost oriented and not customer oriented. When you check in they do not offer you a coffee or tea. When I wanted to make a tea in the loby the staff came and told me to do not touch that because it is for the breakfast and if i want a tea it will be arround 4 CHF. This should not happen in this kind of hotel because it is not about 4 CHF, it is about rudness.

Spa is nice but can get really crowded. It was very hot in the room and I could not figure out how to reduce the heating

everything! despite being clearly extremely touristy, the location is stunning. hotel staff were incredibly kind and friendly and couldn’t do enough for anyone! hotel an old lady woody Villa but the creaks just added to the character! bar with fire in the evening, jacuzzi and sauna spa, excellent a La carte breakfast. couldn’t find a fault!

It is value for money considering the facilities, sauna and spa and sumptuous breakfast. Attentive staff with superb service that made our stay wonderful. Thank you for the lovely memory! Will recommend to friends.

Location perfect, people very very nice, room (nr 3) perfect, wellness great, lake beautiful, nature perfect. The hotel is situated in the middle of the nature park surrounded by mountains. When you arrive, you walk to the shop for the ticket. If you have a lot of luggage, you can leave it here and they bring it to the hotel. The walk from the shop to the hotel is 5 minutes. Lovely views on the lake! The lake is beautiful, there is a little river running and the hotel is cosy and intimate. The spa is great, you can enjoy it outside with the sounds of nature. Around 5 o'clock most tourist will leave and you have the park for your self. Restaurant is very good with again very very nice people. We would definitely come again, it must be great in the winter too!

The place is magical, surrounded by mountains. This is the second time I visit and I wish it will not be the last! The rooms and SPA and very well isolated allowing you to have a chill and quiet day even when the park is full of tourists.

To transport my luggage to from parking hotel. When I arrived on the parking, nobody could tell me what to do as all hotel parkings were occupied .

The hotel and spa are classic, beautiful rooms, with a great attention to comfort and details. The property is enchanting. The spa is so beautiful and energizing. Our dinner with trout raised right there was amazing. Great wine list too. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.
