Interesting design elements - bar area, rooms. Staff excellent - very accommodating.

Most of the rooms are very small. Cafe had very limited breakfast and snack selection - very carb heavy. Only restaurant - very high end. No coffee in rooms. No toiletry items ie shower caps qtips etc.

The $30 credit for food and drink easily covered the breakfast options. However, pretty limited choices for breakfast, most lacking protein. No room amenities (no fridge, coffeemaker, lotion, etc.)

The main entrance requires going down several stairs. The entire place is dark and beyond just industrial chic. The rooms are very small. My sister's room had nowhere to sit except the bed.

I had to pay a $30 "destination fee" per night, which goes toward F&B, although I did not use it. The queen room is super small. The sink was in the main room as there was not enough space in the bathroom. Housekeeping is only every other day. Don't accommodate late checkout as a gratuity later than 1:00 pm.

Excellent service, helpful staff, great cafe pastries, terrific neighborhood-like location.

There needs to be a way to turn on bathroom light without lighting the whole room and waking your partner. A nightlight in the toilet area would take care of the problem.

A one night stay in between Christmas and New Years is not the right way to evaluate their true color for sure. We had a really good and comfortable stay at this hotel. But we feel that we did not stay long enough to experience their true potential.

Just a note for the management: It got a bit hectic in the lobby during check-in and check-out. The staff was doing their jobs absolutely fine. But I feel the design and procedures of the lobby/reception should have been made by someone with more experience.

The spot has a great location, an awesome breakfast area, and a very cool vibe to the place. The room was very small but cozy and immaculate. The surrounding neighborhood was hip and happening. I would stay there again

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Loved the cafe and bar on the ground floor. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room is small but has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Loved how close multiple subway stops are. Lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

The sliding door for the bathroom isn’t sealed. Just something to be aware of. Must be comfortable with who you are sharing the room with.

Excellent staff and ambience. Parking garage staff too. Quiet as to street noise for the 4th floor. Great gym and water filling machine. Beautiful terrace and lounge. Wonderful that meals can be covered by destination fee credit. Safe and convenient location. Room is clean and well designed to allow for storage and privacy in small space.

Thin walls. Food options are not good value. Unclear how to get to rooftop bar. Room needs more trash cans. Unclear that elevator closest to Room 524 goes out to the outside.

This hotel has terrible staff, we checked in and were pretty much ignored. The staff are rude and don't explain anything about the hotel or the set up with breakfast etc. Nobody offered to help with luggage.

The rooms are tiny and the location is not great. The staff are dreadful and the bar and breakfast area is so dark its impossible to see anything even during the day. Unhelpful staff and breakfast is a waste of money as you get a token to a coffee shop.

Location near union square is great

Low value and not worth the price. The queen bed room was the size for a closet. The walls and carpet is worn . Upon arrival they mention you have another 30 dollar fee on top of the 100 dollar taxes and fees already that you will be charged if you do not use it. The food at the bar cafe is low quality
