Very well maintained and scenic property. Staff are very courteous and well trained - be it reception, restaurant and spa. Great location for a weekend getaway away from all the hustle
While not a deal breaker, the in villa pool could be a bit better ( it's a plantation resort so stray leaves etc may end up landing there)

Location, surroundings,polite and efficient staff.
The high compound wall in front of the cottage. There is no sit out provision in the front, preventing one from enjoying the lovely surroundings. The only view to the outside was from the window at the back of the room. Also, did not like the idea of an open bathroom. Any day, prefer the privacy especially in the toilet. And the mini pool near the cottage is a waste. Instead, that space could be used for a sit out with a good lawn.

Bellada Coffee served at the time of check-in was amazing.
The villas were too far off.
Room service had 30% extra charge.

Breakfast was excellent....the location was nice too.
There was a snake in our villa which put us off. Also 2 separate beds were given to us although we had mentioned that we are a family of 2 adults and one child. Thirdly, the ordered food in our rooms (continental) was sub-par in terms of taste! Finally, some conducted tours to lakes, waterfalls, mountains would be appreciated.

Everyone was masked. Some of the employees were double masked as well. The villas were clean and food was tasty. The property is also well maintained. We stayed for 3 nights and it was an amazing stay!

The location, the fact the room had a down stairs, And the nature walk with Mr. Pradeep was amazing.
Wanted to get spa treatment during my stay but the conversation didn't feel good, they were impatient and wanted us to take couple spa instead, though my requirement was different, so felt they weren't listening and it was unprofessional.

Spacious rooms but sitting space was limited. TV was positioned away from sitting space and thus was a bit cumbersome to watch.
Great location as it is surrounded by a coffee plantation.
-Cable TV channels were not activated from before. One needs to nudge reception for the same.
-Breakfast spread is limited but well served.
-Service is not standard and can be improved a lot.
-Toiletries and hardware used could have been more premium.

Its located bang in the middle of a huge coffee plantation. There’s minimal construction and maximum feel of nature. Villas are very luxurious and thoughtfully designed. Enjoyed thouroughly.

The food is bad, its oily and options are limited. Dessert menu is very limited. There is no buffet either.
