extremely small room . no space to store a single suitcase. very dark. poor maintenance level of bathroom, water everywhere, the bathrooms is for hours a lake after having taken a shower 30 eur might be a fair price, but not 100 euro

Secure parking, great friendly staff, food is great for dinner, and the pool is good too. I will continue to stay here when in the area. I have always stayed in the same room, and it’s dead silent at night, which I value.

Wifi doesn’t work well in rooms. It’s away from town, but I view that as a positive for quietness too.

Hotel was a stop off between the dessert and Fes so wasn't expecting luxury for the price

Mattress was uncomfortable, food was poor, wifi was awful and the shower was rubbish..

Conveniently located right on the highway with good, safe parking, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Definitely recommend it for an overnight stay on the way to the desert.

wonderful location. peaceful, quiet. gave a pool, on-site restaurant slightly overpriced but good food. breakfast was amazing. lahsun at the reception was friendly and helpful, available all the times. price to facility ratio was perfect.

It located by the main road & east to find even we arrived late night The host Mr Hamid is so² nice & friendly, he made a very quick checkin for us Even iy was midnight their restaurant still ready to prepared our late supper!

This hotel would probably be more referred to as a Motel in North American language. It's a great motel to stay in on your way to/from the desert. It's in a good location right off the highway but secluded enough to not hear any traffic. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant has great food and a good selection. Try the trout! On less busier times the breakfast is served at the table otherwise it will be buffet style. The manager is always present making sure everyone has what they need and when the buffet ran out of eggs and Moroccan pancakes he got the kitchen to cook some up and deliver it to our table. Great service and a very welcoming atmosphere! The rooms were very warm and clean, the beds were comfortable for our liking and we had great sleeps both on our way to the desert and on our way back. We had only booked one night on our way but after our stay we decided to have another night here on our way back. It's nice to find a place after a long drive that has everything in one place, good food, friendly atmosphere, is warm and comfortable. Would stay here again and would suggest it to anyone driving from Fes to Merzouga!

bad wifi, if any. no heat when it was Defly cool outside, worst of all, the sewerage smell was overwhelming.

Its a good place to stop if you ate travelling to Merzouga.

Its pricy for the quality. No wifi in rooms. If you have orange no reception in rooms.

A fine place to stay in the area. But there isn't a lot that will wow you with the rooms. I appreciated the thoughtfulness for the family rooms. They make space for families to have separate sleeping areas with a curtain. There was also hot water which is not always a given.

The property is generally outdated and in need of an update. The beds were fairly uncomfortable.

Our room was very spacious and clean. There was a restaurant and corner store on site. There is also an Ecological Park you can walk to (10m) and see a small lake with ducks and other birds. It is well situated for a stop in between Merzouga and Fes.

We did not have hot water and the wifi did not work in the rooms (only restaurant and reception area).
