One member that we interacted at check in was quite friendly and ready to help.

The studio had as a main bed for 2 people a sofa bed that was quite uncomfortable and still have sore body from sleeping there. Bathroom shower had mold and I wouldn't say it reflected the amount of money that we paid for 5 nights (100+ a night). I've stayed in many 4 star hotel and that was not even close! During our 5 nights there we only had once someone who happened to ask us to make up our room. I wouldn't go there if you expect a luxurious 4 star residence as that was definitely not the case!

Friendly helpful host. Everything was new and clean. The host allowed me late check out with no extra charge due to special medical condition. Five minutes walking distance to the hospital which was important for me. Also five minutes walking from an old city area.

Pretty much everything around including cafes and food places was closed on Sunday.

wi fi service wasn’t good

We had the most fantastic time in Sondrio. Alessio was a brilliant host and gave us lots of local info. The wine festival was a highlight!

Dirty room, spiders nets, kitchen in the middle of the room without any logic, miserable balcony, miserable underground parking (probably never cleaned). The price does not reflect what you receive, it does not look like a room of 100+ euros per night

There was no breakfast. But the location was great. Smack in the city center of Sondrio, close to the train station, but not uncomfortably close.

We loved our stay in the apartment, Alessio, our host, was super friendly, polite & super available. He gave us helpful information about attraction sights in the city & around and where to eat. The place location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the center and supermarket. Totally recommend it!
