Booking.com description stated an additional toilet. This doesn’t exist in apartment 41 on 5th floor. Check in only from 2-5pm (on a Saturday) We got there at 2pm, front desk unattended. No answer to the multiple phone calls I made to the number left on the front desk to phone. Manager Mathew finally turned up at 3.10pm full of poor excuses. My 83yo mother wasn’t happy she had to sit in the car and wait this long. (She has poor mobility so couldn’t walk anywhere to fill in the ‘unknown’ time.) She won’t go back there again as this is the second incident of poor customer service we have had with the manager.

The location, the view, the sun, and the deck area. Good cafes next door.

The fittings are a little dated. The dishwasher was a bit unreliable. No streaming tv. No coffee machine.

Location and view were amazing, beach across the road and shops very close. Pool was great too. Good communication with staff prior to check-in, comfy bed and pillows.

Upon arrival, first impressions were dubious with dirty hand marks on the front door. The unit was in need of a more thorough clean. Soap scum on shower door and cream couch was very dirty with ground in grime and obviously a coffee had been spilt down the side at some stage. We cleaned this ourselves. However, this is where our opinion on value for money was lowered. At the very least, my expectations are that we have a clean room. All that aside, after cleaning our room, our stay was enjoyable.

we found the lounge in our apartment really unsuitable for a family of 4. 2 people could sit comfortably on the lounge, the other 2 sat in the most uncomfortable lounge chairs. that was disappointing. we had to Bri g the outdoor furniture inside for comfort. Also I’m guessing for the age of the unit that is the reason there is no bench space in bathroom to put toiletries on.
