The room was large and also had a very large and convenient balcony. The atmosphere in the restaurant and the reception was also pleasant enough. The water was also very pleasant. Relatively good quality of breakfast.
The spa center closes too early at 19:00 o'clock. The check-in is after 14:00, so till you get ready and take some rest from traveling, for example, you barely have 3 hours on your first day for the spa. Facilities are pretty tight, I would say 20 people would make it look crowded. Hygiene was not the best (torn off towels, ants in the sink, smell of dirt-soaked carpet). The price-quality ratio is not justified.

The rooms are good, the spa is not bad, the staff is friendly.
It is disgusting to see people jumping into the pool straight from the sauna without taking a shower first.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very polite. The pool was warm, but the spa area is a bit small.

Very nice small stylish hotel designed with lots of good taste. We particularly liked the interior design of booth rooms that we had. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfy. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was good and included some traditional Bulgarian food. Spa area is nice, but a bit small.

hotel is located on top of a hill,rooms are comfortable,breakfast is good but with no fruit served,thermal hotpools are good,you can climb to the peak of the hill through the pine forest,
the toilets are anatomically not well designed for men only,nobody in the hotel speaks english,all the signs regarding thermal pools are in Bulgarian

The room was gorgeous and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great SPA facilities and massages!
The room was very warm and one of the lights wasn't working. Once at breakfast after 9 AM we found it difficult to find a place to sit comfortably or clean dishes because there were a lot of guests at that time.

The breakfast was great and the staff polite.
The hotel is fine, but definitely not a 4-star hotel. The shower cabin is super small, and the room was supposed to be with a large double bed, instead there were two beds.

Rooms were a good size. Pools were lovely. Parking was easy. Breakfast and buffet dinner were excellent.
Staff on the front desk could have been a bit more polite. Guess they didn't really like 4 male bikers turning up! More for couples to be honest. However staff in restaurant where lovely. It's a bit out of the way so takes about 15 mins to walk into town. Not much in town though as was pretty quiet

The spa facilities were good . I didn’t like the restaurant. It’s so small. There are more guests than free tables аnd the food was not so tasty.
