Staff and location were excellent. Breakfast and meals were also excellent

Air conditioning not cool enough in one of our rooms. Staff tried to rectify it but airflow was still weak! Rooms need some upgrading as they are very dated.

This was a grand Hotel in the old manner of grand hotels. Just across the street from the beach, and a great vibe of a past era beach vacations for Italians. Very nice to be away from the main tourist area as well

Staff not well trained, poor choices on the breakfast buffet (e.g. One kind of cheap cheese) , quite a bit of noise from the street, definitely not worth the money

Excellent location across from the beach. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Beautiful roof top area with views, spa services / hydra jets. Friendly and helpful staff., including beach staff. Good salads/pastas available at the beach bar for reasonable prices. One of the first times I have seen no smoking allowed on the beach-, cannot thank the hotel enough for this ! It was such a pleasure to finally enjoy the beach/sun with fresh breeze and no toxic smoke.

Pool area is small for the size of the hotel, but we still managed to enjoy it, and it never got overcrowded. The small 'cabinet' style shower in a 4-star hotel ??? There isn't even a shelf or any place to hold shampoos, etc. .

We liked the short distance between the accomodation and the beach, also the view from the rooftop and the pool/jacuzzi is beautiful. The breakfast is very rich(with coldcuts and sweets) and the hotel’s beach bar service was rich too. The staff in the hotel and at the beach were very helpful and friendly.

In the room the furnitures were old, the walls were very thin( we can heard everything from the othet room)

Perfect location. The bathrooms need renovation. The hotels facilities were great and very comfortable. The pool, spa hot tubs and beach set up were wonderful. The breakfast was lovely.

There were no towels at the pool location and no bar service at the pool but the service at the beach was exceptional.

Upon arrival the staff was very pleasant and we were greeted with smile. Unfortunately they did not have time to explain all about the hotel and when we have checked out we have disciovered they even had a SPA?!!!

We paid a full listed price and we were expecting that being at GENIUS level we would be upgraded. No chance!!! Instead we were given a room with a limited sea view, near the elevator and very noisy. The bathroom was clean, but no kleenex, no spare TP. Very disapointing for a hotel with a four star rating.
