Location close to the beach, great view of the sea and the mountains from the superior apartment facing the south.

The road and the rail road were very noisy.

No noise insulation at all! We could hear all the conversations of neighbours in the apartament above ours, including all the noises. Also, we could hear perfectly, with windows closed, the frequent train passing nearby until late in the night. Was a horrific experience.

We did like the location not too far from the beaches. Staff was always kind. The size of the room was good enough for a couple. The neighborhood was very authentic.

The facilities have really worn out. There was four beds in the room with no single mattress in good condition. If you have never exerienced any back problems you will find them here. That was really disappointing. Furthermore the dishes, the cutlery, and the kitchen facilities weren't as clean as one would expect.

Exactly how described and as per pictures. Very nice and helpful staff; any requests we had, was not a problem for them. Got there at 3 am, someone was there with the key; left early in the morning, they made all check out checks the night before. It is best if you drive there, or have a car rented, as close to so many tourists attraction points( we went to Monaco, Eze, Nice, San Remo, Genova and near by beaches, all at maximum 1.5hrs to drive.)
