Difficult to get in when you’re not very comfortable with computers.

The room was very good and very comfortable, the staff made me welcome and made us aware of the facilities. A very good location with ample parking.

A kettle and tea / coffee facilities in the room would be good as i do not enjoy the machines in the foyer.

Very quiet. Good car park.

Family room was tiny. Hardly space to move around. The twin beds were hard and narrow. The ladder to the Mezzanine was very steep and bannister sticky. Sheets were rough. Breakfast space was back of the lobby. No visible COVID precautions, particularly at breakfast.

Breakfast could be better. Location far from center, no restaurants on walking distance, only the campanile restaurant, which was nothing special.

The hotel was very close to the highway on our way to Spain, so we only stopped in and continued in the morning. The room was very nice with new furniture, big beds and it was clean. Check in was easy, it was automatic at the front door, they do not have a front desk at night but that was not a problem, you enter your reservation code (we did it through booking.com but you can do it directly there without having a reservation number), we had a room for 4 (75 euros/night), it was with an interior staircase, a double bed downstairs and 2 single beds upstairs. The bathroom was small but very well equipped with a normal size shower. There is no refrigerator. Breakfast was only 6.85 euros/adult and was fine. This was our second time staying at the B&B Hotel, the first time in Colmar, France, and the value for money is very good. I recommend this hotel for short stays.
