Excellent location being in front of the beach with beautiful ocean views… Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating… Public bus stop is right in front of the hotel which is very convenient… All of us have really enjoyed our stay here.

location was good. Rooms I thought would be better. Good bathrooms and water pressure in our unit.

You can park at the front door if you have a car. The reception was helpful when needed.

The staff were pleasant and friendly although cleaning of the pool area was haphazard and seats and beds were left including full ashtrays on the tables as Zuccios use the hotel pool area for smoking. Rooms were well cleaned but the towels are so old and thin they need replacing as did our fridge. We had to unplug it at night as the motor kept us awake. The beach has been washed away. The hotel is unable to place beds and umbrellas there as a result. The deck and boardwalk have also been destroyed by Hurricane Beryl. There are no umbrellas to allow shelter whilst lying at the pool. The only umbrellas are fixed in between 3 tables. The hotel did highlight the boardwalk damage prior to arrival but did not explain the beach erosion and this along with the current "CAUTION" tape which runs the length of the old boardwalk makes the area look more like a crime scene. (see our photos) Unless you are happy with a no shelter pool and can walk or travel to another beach, this is not the place to stay.

Locatie was goed. Personeel was ook heel erg behulpzaam, en correct.

Het viel ons heel erg tegen , door het storm was strand niet bereikbaar, bij het zwembad was het ook een chaos . Jammer genoeg was er ook geen bar , alles was dicht

Great location. Staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The complementary drink was a nice touch, and the beach towels were a good size and no deposit needed. The local shops and bars and restaurants were amazing. So many places to eat to match any budget from fast food to fine dining.

Due to Hurricane Berly, this location was hit badly so the hotel and restaurant (next door) were both damaged and partially closed. This is not the hotels fault, but I would of appreciated some advanced notification so my expectations were more realistic and met.

Everything was good. People, food, drinks. Nila was the best at the check in. They made me feel secure and spoiled. My friends from the bar/restaurant were very nice and fun. Wonderful views of the sunset and the beach in general. Beautiful beach, is colorful, perfect sand.
