Great hosts. Delicious breakfast. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants, the beach and the town centre.

We were lucky and were able to park right outside but otherwise would have had to use alternative parking.

Lovely owners, very welcoming. A clean, good-sized room with a fantastic breakfast. Cheap parking close by was a bonus.

Shame next door was being renovated but not the fault of St Weonards.

The hosts were extremely accommodating. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options available.

Room was warm and very clean . Bathroom was immaculate .Good Wi-Fi reception . Full English breakfast - more than enough to last till evening meal . Leigh and Vicky were very friendly and helpful .

Because I couldn’t have breakfast due to having to leave for work early, the proprietor compensated by giving me a sandwich and a drink to have for lunch. This was much appreciated.

Location great. The room was excellent had everything you needed.Good selection of drinks, bed very comfortable even bath robes after your lovely hot shower.Excellent breakfast with a variety of options. For a small hotel all the standards of a 5 star hotel, but lovely caring staff. Cannot praise enough will be back.

The hotel was very clean and up to date Breakfast had a wide range to choose from and the food was really good, we loved that the owners was very happy to clean your room if you wanted them to ( just put out the please clean sign) and you could have fresh towels everyday if you wanted.

The only annoying thing we didn’t like was the noisy seagulls in the morning, not that the hotel owners could do anything about them!

The breakfast was beautiful, good portion sizes and a good selection of food available.

excellent staff, lovely and clean, comfortable, in the heart of it with an excellent breakfast. very doggy friendly with on street parking (with restrictions) or for a fiver a day, a carpark about 100m away!
