This is a Great place to stay. The location is fantastic. We rented bikes around the corner,everything you need is in walking distance or a bike ride away.

We were two families with 13 all together spending Christmas week on FMB. It was the perfect home for our large group. We found the home exactly as described in the description and very clean. Our favorite place in the home was the pool and hot tub used every day and a few evenings too!

The location, the house was just the best. Walking distance to downtown and steps away from the beach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend.

Our group of five siblings, their spouses and our almost 89-year-old Dad stayed at Summer Wind for two weeks. We loved every minute of our time in this beautiful, BIG, well-designed, and tastefully decorated home.Every day we opened the huge sliding doors on the top (living) level and enjoyed the breathtaking views and temperate breezes from the huge third floor deck. We enjoyed every inch of the property ... swam in the warm pool and hot tub every day, fished on dock, docked our rental pontoon there during high tide, played ping pong and pool in the game room, LOVED cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and visiting around the tables and huge center island, had movie and popcorn nights in front of the big TV, and played games and did puzzles together in the living spaces throughout the house. We enjoyed daytrips to the Edison and Ford Winter Estates, Six Mile Cypress Slough and daily walks on the beach and to local businesses. The location of this property is perfect walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, bike rental and the farmers market. Five of our party rented bikes from just around the block and rode on the beach and along Estero to Lover's Key for drinks and apps. The garage was full of chairs, umbrellas, water toys and a couple of wagons for our beach days. The elevator was SO appreciated for moving our people, groceries and luggage up to the kitchen and sleeping rooms. Summer Wind is overall the best accommodation we've stayed in, and the Luxury Vacation Rental people were wonderful to work with. When I called to ask about pool heat, it was handled immediately from a remote location. Nice! Thank you, Summer Wind owners and hosts for providing the perfect place for our family to relax and celebrate together. We hope to return some day!

The house is a bit spread out with the kitchen on the 3rd floor, but it was just stunning! Lots of dishes, sand and beach toys/chairs, and even thing to entertain kids. We had some small issues with the pool and elevator and the management was extremely prompt and responsive. They could use some blinds for the morning sun but other than that, it was an amazing house and a great vacation!

We stayed in the Summer Wind home for a week of family fun! The house is BEAUTIFUL and well equipped. The pool area was perfect for our daily soak-up-the-sun relaxation (The pool table and ping pong table were great on the rainy day!), while the living space and kitchen provided us plenty of room to make dinner and enjoy each other's company in the evenings. The bedrooms and bathrooms, along with living room and kitchen, were just as pictured in the listing and met our expectations. The elevator was a great help. All in all, we would highly recommend the Summer Wind vacation rental!

The house was great. We are a family of 15 the house was large enough every one had plenty room. The house is beautiful and everything we might have needed from kitchen to beach was furnished. We use VRBO for most of our beach travel. I choose those with the best furniture and of course the need for plenty of bathrooms. This is the best house we have rented so far.

Beautiful home that met all our needs. Easy access to everything beach, restaurants, shops etc. beach accessories in garage like wagon umbrellas chairs toys. Nice pool and hot tub. Pool table and ping pong table., lots of room and beautiful views!!

This was our second time staying at Summer wind. The property is beyond beautiful and the location couldn’t be any better. Lots of activities and great restaurants within walking distance. The kids really enjoyed renting bicycles and venturing out in the area. Beautiful to be on the water. Very peaceful although tucked inside a busy area, never noisy. Will definitely return!

With Adults and kids from three separate families we all had great community space and private space alike. The pool and upper deck was especially a great gathering place. One of our favorite features of the house was the fully expansive sliding glass doors to open up the kitchen to the upper deck. WOW!! Also a very short walk (1 1/2 blocks to the beach. The house had tons of equipment from chairs/umbrellas/coolers/beach towels to sand castle and games for both beach and pool. For those who need to stay connected, FAST internet. Thank you!

Spectacular home, unbelievable kitchen with opening to third floor balcony was amazing. Great location and responsive staff made for a perfect week.

We had three families vacationing together. Perfect sunny weather. Stunning house! We arrived to broken A/C and a cloudy pool in need of a new filter. These situations were fixed during our stay but especially the pool was a bummer for the price $ we paid. The house decor is gorgeous, and the 3rd floor open floor plan and sliders that fully open out to balcony are a show-stopper!!

Great place to stay . The boys 13 and 14 loved the pool. Everyone loved the decks and beach. It was awesome. We couldn’t leave a better review . All pages full in both books . Will visit this one again !

From beginning to end it exceeded our expectations!!!

House is amazing everything we expected plus more. Location is fantastic one block from the beach and a short walk to downtown. We had 14 adults for the week and it never felt crowded plenty of room on the top floor kitchen/balcony area for all of us to gather in the evenings. I would highly recommend renting this house!

14 of us traveled from Michigan and called this place home for a week and loved it. This home is majestic. It’s not really nice, it’s far beyond that. People walking down the road literally stopped to gawk and take pictures of this home while we were there. It has great amenities and was comfortable. The location was great as it is about a 10-15 minute walk to Times Square and the pier. The third floor living area seemed odd at first, until we saw the view! Holy view. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone. There were two issues we brought to the attention of the property management (one of which was 100% our own fault) and both were resolved in a timely manner. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 on cleanliness is because the windows definitely needed a cleaning as evidenced by the morning sun coming through and the tile floors left our feet black. There has to be something not perfect and this is about all we could come up with. Nothing can be perfect but Summer Wind is as close as it comes. We have rented several very large homes on Fort Myers Beach and this one takes the cake hands down.

Summer Winds is the ideal place to stay for a vacation spot near the beach. Spacious in size, clean, pool, game room, near many shops/restaurants, and short walk to the beach. The house is well taken care of and the management team is easily accessible and quick to tend to your needs. I highly recommend Summer Winds for family or friends reunions

Our family vacation (12 all together) was awesome!! So much room and it has everything you could want! We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings!! The living space is spacious and comfortable for late evening movie time. The 3rd level deck is perfect for that morning coffee and quiet time. Just a block off the beach and close to a public access. We can't say enough great things about this beautiful home!!

Summer Wind exceeded our expectations! The spaciousness of the home was perfect for our family of 10 adults and 5 children. The decor was gorgeous and it included every amenity we could ask for! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the pool and ping pong tables, and the beach so close by! It was so nice to be able to dock a boat right outside the house as well! This property was perfect in every way! We will definitely choose this home again when we vacation in Ft. Myers!

Beautiful house, with everything you can imagine needing. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, beaches and more. Warm pool, fishing off the dock, lots of family fun. I would highly recommend this house.

This house was better than we could have ever imagined. We have stayed in properties in Cape Coral, St. John and Washington, D.C. and this by far was the nicest. There were four families with teenage boys and we had more than enough space. We came down during a very difficult time (COVID-19), but we were happy to be "stuck" in this house for the week. We do want a re-do on our experience, since the beach and bars and restaurants closed. It's in the perfect location to all of these. We'll be back.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated.Would highly recommend to anyone. -A couple of Very minor repair items are needed (towel bar in Master, Dryer door hinge)

This house is perfect for large gatherings of family or friends. The owners are easy to deal with, the house is equipped with all needs for sleeping, entertaining, quiet time, swimming, and beach accesserories. It is perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and workout facilities. I would highly recommend this house for vacations or simple getaways.

This property was great! Enough Bed space for the entire group.. walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Plenty of open space to hang out either inside or outside. We enjoyed the Hot tub and pool. Would definitely recommend!
