Rooms are very small with no space for 2 suitcases. Breakfast is of very bad quality, the bar is closed and no options to have lunch of snacks there.

Request for the receipt... No reply from staff hotel... Very disappointed... Pls...

My room has a strong smoking odours that I need to use my own disinfectant spray to remove the odour, the hotel staff came later after my complaint, and told me there is no odours. The room was not properly clean, dust and dirt. Hotel staff not smiling at all, we feel like we are not welcomed to the hotel. We went to have breakfast around 9am and almost nothing left on the buffet line, only salad and some left over food, gosh, that was really bad.

Should improve the cleanliness and should have better management during peak season.

The toilet was good, everything nice 👍🏻

Were checked-in late at night, there’s one man waiting outside of the main entrance (lobby) asking for “drinks”. It’s fine if you’re in a group but might be uncomfortable if you’re alone.

Very nice hotel in good condition. Clean rooms and ok breakfast. Located close to New Town, walk to local restaurants.
