The house and amenities are just perfect for our family vacation. Having a week with your kids and grandkids in a huge sandbox is just perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with all your need to cook family style meals and you cant go wrong with a variety of coffee pots to choose from. This year we were delighted to sleep on the new mattress in downstairs guest room. Thank you for making that happen. Now if only the house was in a time warp-- slowing down the days... so they felt like weeks... we look forward to next summer's visit and memories.

The roof top deck had spectacular views. They supplied extra blankets, sheets, pillows, beach towels and beach chairs. There was a BBQ though we did not use it.Its location @ Hollywood Beach is perfect as there are very few people at that section of the beach. a few days we had the beach to ourselves. The elevator shown in the picture was off-limits so that was disappointing as we had a person in our group with mobility issues. Overall loved the location and house and will be back again.

A few issues like ants in pantry and broken thermostat, but our agent took care of them immediately. Liz was fantastic. Our biggest problem was the weather. Rain, cold, and wind several days. The house was a cozy haven.

It provided a lot of room so we could all cuddle by the fire place, relax, laugh and watch movies at night! The balcony was amazing! We all sat out and watched the sun set every evening!! The only thing I recommend is that they put some sort of curtain, or shades up on the big windows that look out to the beach!The brightness of the sun was super intense during the early evenings!Other than that it was a beautiful memory I was able to have with my family!

This house was no exception to the wonderfulness we have experienced during that time. There were some problems, but we had prompt service from Courtney to deal with the broken curtains, no hot water, stained comforters, and the ants. Things were resolved and we had a wonderful time.

This was our second time staying in Oxnard, though the first time at this property, it is a great area. The house was lovely, can't beat the views every day staying right on the beach. Elevator (though the light didn't work, even after replacing the bulb) was key for us, as we had a family member who was recovering from a broken bone. We'd definitely stay there again!

But, this was a particularly enjoyable. My husband has some disabilities and difficulty walking. This was a 3 story home with an elevator that made it so easy for my husband to more fully participate in family activities.

Everything is here at the house from kitchen stuff to all the beach toys ie., boogie boards, kayaks, beach towels, bicycles, games & etc. Unlike most So, California beachs not many outside vistors on this beach, probably do to lack of parking for non staying folks, which makes for not alot of people, which is great! The condition of most everything in home is great and all in working order. The management was more than helpful & respondsive when we did have questions. Also great location to restaurants & other.

Reviewer Comments: ReMax Gold Coast -Andrea to be specific - left nothing to be desired for in providing this magnificent beach home for us for 10 days to act as "wedding Central" when my entire family (4 children, their partners and 10 grandchildren) came from Australia to celebrate their youngest sibling's wedding in nearby Camarillo!The other beachfront houses we rented for my children and their families were lovely but the Tuscan Villa had it all for my wife and I as we we able to use its full range of quality features to entertain. People from all over the world popped in as part of the "opening and closing" ceremonies of the wonderful occasion. The kitchen had every possible feature, the beds and the pillows were as good as I have at home ( we live on the beach in Australia so we set the bar VERY high!)We loved the lift that took our luggage all the way to our "penthouse" suite and were gobsmacked at how the Newmans had left all of their supplies to use including al the "toys" of the beach! The weather was superb, the neighbours were friendly and I got to know many of the staff at Ralph's!All in all, the best holiday home EVER! Why doesn't the survey allow for 6 stars????One small thing - perhaps a detailed set of instructions on how to operate the TV, the tuner and the cable system with its full list of cable channels as well as the coffee machine - because we unable to take full advantage of these fine pieces of latest technology!!And once again, I can't speak highly enough of Andrea from ReMax - what a fantastic can-do customer service approach she has! We have a new friend for life!

The elevator was a plus for our guest that have difficulty with stairs and for transporting our luggage when we arrived. We have used re/max Gold coast twice for rentals and the staff is very courteous, and were helpful with any questions prior to our visit.

Beautiful - the pictures are exactly what you get. From the master suite with endless views surrounded by glass to block the wind, to the industrial kitchen and spacious living area to the first floor deck and bedrooms. The views, the home, the amenities are worth every cent.

Amenities - from bikes, to outdoor / indoor games, to lounges, beach towels, boogie boards - everything is available.

The beach is not crowded, clean, quiet and goes on for miles - it is perfect!

We would go back 1000 times over. Thank you for the incredible memories!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved the house. We travel to this area every year and rent a beach house. The view from the house is great, beach was never crowded. The amenities that came with house, ie: boogie boards, bicycles, etc.. were nice. Our only complaint would be that the house needs some maintenance performed on it. One of the reasons we rented this house was for the kitchen. We enjoy cooking when we are at the beach and the kitchen looked amazing. The second night we were there we went to use the oven on the range and it would not ignite. The oven would fill with gas. Luckily there was a second oven in the kitchen.The exhaust hood was inoperable as well. The blower and lights would not turn on. The trash bin in the cabinet would fall out when you pulled it out on the drawer slides. When we noticed the oven did not work we contacted Liz at Remax and she was incredible to deal. She had a service company out the next day to try and repair the oven. The repair was to extensive and parts were not readily available. The repair couldn’t be completed at the time of our stay. They said the repairs would be completed after we left. Not sure if the owners were aware of the issues but at this price point, as a guest, you expect everything to be in working order. I would gladly rent this house again if the above mentioned issues were repaired.
