The room was great and the breakfast was nice too. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy some swimming.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, we planned to stay for 2 nights but extended to another night because we liked it so much. The room and facilities at this hotel far exceeded my expectations, the pools and restaurants and overall feel of the hotel are fabulous. We had such a wonderful time with our one year old (nearly 2) playing in the pools and enjoying the food and drink. A special thank you to manager Sean Yuan who looked after us amazingly well throughout our stay, from the morning of our stay he called us to check our requirements, and from them on was extremely attentive and made our stay so enjoyable and made a lovely fuss of our daughter, he really made our stay special. We will definitely be staying here again!

Such an amazing hotel located in the global center with water parks, amusements, popular shops, restaurants etc. Our stay in the hotel E building was great with a very nice view. It was a pure relaxing feeling. We received a wonderful service especially from Brian at the concierge desk, he speaks good English and he went beyond to make our stay memorable.

The front desk worker was very good and spoke English well enough to explain everything I needed to know about where things were located in the large hotel area. They could always help to book the taxi. Really thought Alex Wang, the manager in the restaurant by the pool, was excellent! He was so accommodating to us. We were the only foreigners around and don’t speak Chinese. He always made sure there was a table for us immediately. Much of the other staff at the restaurant couldn’t help us because we don’t speak Chinese. My kids, age 10 and 8, liked the hotel pool. The room was nice size and comfortable.

Didn’t really how big it really was and how crowded it would be on the national holiday. But nots a bad thing I guess.
